I know we discussed it a lot at the time, but Okada winning with the Rainmaker doesn’t bother me. Yes, Sabre worked that arm; but an arm with some sore tendons is no less proficient as a club than a fresh one. I know we can’t exactly “shoot logic” a clothesline, but Okada sold the pain and reluctance to use it, which was enough. It’s also important that Sabre’s never been treated as someone who can kick out of anything in New Japan; he’s hard to hit, and it’s dangerous to try, but his hit points aren’t very high at all.

I honestly haven't gone back since my initial foray with the game because I'm terrified what it will do to my life. It's incredibly well made, a lot of fun, and fucking dangerous. Meanwhile, if you have even a basic bitch laptop or an Xbone, you can be playing Sea of Thieves for $10 a month through Xbox Game Pass. Such a rad deal and it's going to get better with State of Decay 2 dropping next Friday. My friends and I have become entirely addicted to SOT. It's bare bones right now (regularly scheduled DLC starts dropping this month!) but the PvP is the most fun I've had with an online game in forever. I loved Friday the 13th last year, but Sea of Thieves has easily eclipsed it.

That whole sequence is so great, when Superman overhears her doctor pleading with her on the phone to hold on, to him rushing over there even though he was already dealing with something else.
