Playa Shunna Ver 3.0
So I think we are all missing the real question here. How will the cancellation of TNA affect the proposed Dixie Carter reality show?
goc
Obviously it increases the chances of her having a reality show. I would like to follow her as she completely denies that DA are dropping them and then once that stops being possible, her claiming it's a good thing for them because now they can find a network that will appreciate and promote them. hammerva
How funny would it be if the last ever TNA heavyweight champion (assuming a miracle doesn't happen and they get another TV deal) is someone where his gimmick is that he is related to Dixie Carter. The Natural
I await Vince's promo asking the crowd who he should hire/fire.
(BP)
One day Dixie is going to clandestinely go to a dismissive Vince to try to sell the tape library and it'll look like that scene from Miller's Crossing. "Look in your heart!"
goc
I'm not even sure who I could see WWE actually wanting that hasn't been there already. Maybe Brutus Magnus.
Ace
Were I WWE, I'd take Magnus, The Hardys, EC3, Roode, Aries, Bram, Galloway, and Young.
Dewar
Ace's list is pretty good. I don't see them taking Bram or Galloway back right now though, and I would add James Storm to that list.
The Natural
I'd also add James Storm to Ace's list.
The Nature Boy
I definitely see Vince owning the tape library at some point, he seems big on owning every single "major" promotion that has ever existed. He'll also own ROH when they go belly up. What Vince DOES with the library is another story.
jstout
(assuming a miracle doesn't happen and they get another TV deal) Where would TNA get a TV deal after being canned by Destination America, one wonders? "Coming up next, it's TNA on RFD!"

The Nature Boy
Could TNA try to syndicate their show? Are there enough local networks who are desperate to fill time that they'll take an hour of Impact Wrestling?
Dolfan in NYC
Because a meth addict who's prone to injury is exactly what they want in the WWE.
Victator
Because a meth addict who's prone to injury is exactly what they want in the WWE. You must not remember how desperate they were to keep him in 2009.

I really just meant homegrown guys not even people who have been through NXT like Bram or ECIII. Of course if they picked up ECIII he should remain the fake family member of Dixie Carter. I mean I think they should give Drew Galloway another shot but it wasn't even really that long ago that they let him go.

(BP)
Bringing in Jeff to challenge for the title on a Network special would be smart. Then they could just bring in Matt so they could mix it up in the tag division. Hardys/Usos could be a hell of a program, and they'd probably gel really well with Cesaro/Kidd. I don't know where either Hardy is at personally, but if they aren't a liability it would make sense.
Chaos
Considering the type of programming that airs on Destination America, how much of a stink do you have to have on you for advertisers to say: "we want no part of that!"
NikoBaltimore
What I can't help but wonder is would it have made any difference if it was any other wrestling show? ROH might have a tough time as well because they're not WWE. Not defending TNA at all because it's TNA, but sounds like DA really didn't want to give them a chance. Overly Critical Man
TNA didn't even really do anything wrong here. DA is just acting like they're being mind controlled by the whims of psychic bigfoot.

Skeeball Wizard
I could see WWE picking up Psychic Bigfoot. Wait, he isn't part of the roster? Well I've identified the problem.
Playa Shunna Ver 3.0
I'm going to enjoy these last few months mocking TNA, but what will we do when there is this giaant void in our mockery come September? Oh wait, GFW is starting this summer....nevermind.
