Peck Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Jarrett did say at the beginning of the promo that he had some news tonight (KOTM) and some that would be revealed in the future, no? Not familiar with much of Karen Jarrett's work but that was a helluva promo she cut. More emotion than 90% of talent you see on TV.
EVA Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 On the downside, I watched about an hour more of TNA than I usually do. On the upside, I left the TV on Destination America long enough for Shinsuke Nakamura to appear unexpectedly, so...that probably evens out.
Raziel Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 The goofiest thing about all this is that it probably IS just a one shot deal. I don't think a GFW vs TNA deal or a merger would mean a hill of beans, but Christ, at least it would be something. Oh, TNA. It's like WCW if it never had Flair, amazing international talent, the nWo, Chris Jericho, Goldberg or Sting. It's like 13 years of 2000 WCW. Sadly, TNA HAD Flair, amazing international talent, the nWo, and Sting.
CrazyMax46 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Not a fan of LU?*looks at my sig* Um... Sorry. Was on Mobile. Also...I was right. The changed nothing. NOTHING! MUAHAHAHAHAHA.
Vincey Greene Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 The goofiest thing about all this is that it probably IS just a one shot deal. Sadly, TNA HAD Flair, amazing international talent, the nWo, and Sting. I remembered Flair but totally forgot about both the Band and Sting. In my brain, Sting's career skips from the show before he turned Wolfpac, to the WWE 2K15 ad with the swank string version of his theme. Not sure if it's the years of weed or because TNA could make Hogan in 87 seem smalltime.

Big Fresh Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Just hearing about all this now because I played Batman instead of watching. I made the right choice. 2
Vincey Greene Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I think it's great that ROH led into TNA's BIGGEST NIGHT EVAR~! with a match involving AJ Styles and Okada. Life is funny.
CrazyMax46 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I spent the evening learning how to speedrun Final Fantasy VII. I felt I made the better choice. 3
Josh Mann Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 At least TNA ripping off TNA from 10 years ago is an eensy weensy baby step forward from TNA ripping off WWE from 10 years ago.
nofuture Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Aries reaction at seeing Jarrett at :53 is priceless. 1
Playa Shunna Ver 3.0 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I need to watch this with sound after my meeting. JJ comes off as a likeable guy, but if I was a Sports Entertainer I would be a little reluctant to put my career anywhere near his hands. 1
hammerva Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 The best part of the video was Jeff telling Dixie that she was on camera for a video tied to Global Force Wrestling and looking like "oh crap this is the last thing I need" Love Meltzer calling out Bob Ryder for being the phony shit that he is about Jarrett
mattdangerously Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 If this is just a one shot deal it seems pretty dumb to bring in a guy who's trying to compete with you when most of your roster seems to be looking for any excuse to get get the hell out of dodge.
TerjeRUN Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Whoa, didn't see any of this coming!? Dixie and Jeff must both really feel on their ass to be doing this.

You just described Dixie Carter to a tee, congratulations. 1
JonnyLaw Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Aries reaction at seeing Jarrett at :53 is priceless. That was awesome. I really hope Aries gets a shot in NXT at some point.
RIPPA Posted June 25, 2015 Author Posted June 25, 2015 Low Ki announced on Twitter that he is leaving TNA
Playa Shunna Ver 3.0 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 MVP just can't keep the BDC together. I think it's open season in TNA and GFW. This deal probably made a lot of people unhappy.
Playa Shunna Ver 3.0 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 James Storm put up some tweet about what a fun ride it's been, and Gunner dropped the TNA from his Twitter handle. Have no idea if Gunner still works there. Speculate wildly.
ChrisM Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I really thought JJ was smarter than this. Poor guy.
