Because he totally did. Nope, they must have edited it out. Puma is hands-down the best guy there in-ring. So smooth in everything he does though Pentagon looked great here too. A bit shorter than I would have liked but I thought the finish worked perfectly. Tonight was probably the best usage of Mil on the throne too because that's such a cool concept/visual. What is Joey Ryan's deal? Is he a dirty cop or pornstar? Or both? Have I already forgotten things that happened this season or has this not really been explained clearly? I thought tonight's show was the best since the season opener. Having said that, I was disappointed in the six man. I think it was too much scripting ahead of time because the whole match seemed really....I don't know, staged? I know that's a stupid thing to say about wrestling but it was a bit jarring here. Doesn't he know that Catrina can appear and disappear at will? She could have heard all that. I hated the finish of the Puma/Pentagon match. Pentagon hits the package piledriver... and then applies the Romero Special??? It was a contrived way to set up the finish with the faux double pin. DreamBroken Posted February 21, 2016 Share Posted February 21, 2016 Finally all caught up again on the last 2 episodes. Fenix/Cuerno was the obvious highlight of episode 3. Didn't mind the Kobra Moon debut. Enjoyed the trios tag kicking off episode 4, Angelico's hot tag was on fire. Digging the Mundo/Cage feud, loved the Mundo video package and his attire later on looked cool. Exciting main event, shorter than expected but a solid finish to sort of protect both. Pentagon, throughout the match, was playing to the crowd and not being as characteristically ruthless. Vampiro did a good job highlighting this throughout the match as Pentagon kept pausing and catering to the crowd. Instead of going to a simple cover like he usually does, he goes for contrived Romero Special Surfboard pin and does not pay attention to the now alert Puma bridging his shoulders off the mat. It was a hubris move of a character who believes he is the shit now versus an experience move against a character who has been in several big matches. Pentagon wanted to show hot shit that he was and paid for it. I kind of want to see more of Willie Mack and Shane Strickland/Killshot. They are growing on me and WWE missed a shot with the Mack.
