Go2Sleep Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 Unrelated question: How many people does the temple hold for the tapings?
thecubsfan Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 About 300. I think I used to know the exact number but I can't recall it.

For some reason I thought it was some skateboard/Ouija board combined thing, which would make him a Oompa Loompa Dark Dynamic Dude. 1
BrianS81177 Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Question for those of you that attend the tapings. Do you see any of the backstage/dario's office stuff at all, or do you have to wait until it airs on tv like the rest of us?
thecubsfan Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 You do not see any of the backstage/office stuff. Occasionally, they'll do an off camera moment where Melissa will explain that Dario's made a specific match to prep the crowd, but usually you're not given any context outside of what you see in the match. 1
Curt McGirt Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 This Lucha Underground shirt I got for Xmas is pretty sweet Now I just need to catch up on the whole last season that I keep getting in from Cubs, but haven't to until now since we switched over our net time... what should I watch first?

Hail Sabin Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 Jan 11th is the Mid-Season Finale! I wonder how many weeks they will be off? You know they will probably leave us with some nasty cliffhanger.
BrianS81177 Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 I'm gonna guess this Cage thing is leading to something that the folks who attended the tapings REALLY want to tell us about but can't. That actually leads me to one of my favorite things about this show, I love the fact that the announcers don't see the backstage/office stuff and act as surprised as the fans when it happens. Little things like that help me get so much more immersed into the show. Has there been confirmation of a season 4 yet?
Go2Sleep Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 Was that the match where Jack Evans got hurt too? He looked really out of it for a couple minutes. Cage/Texano was definitely Texano's best LU match. Looking forward to dark Puma and invincible Cage.
Tromatagon Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 Wasn't expecting them to use the shot where I'm clearly making blowjob motions when Dario invited Cage in his office for the unique opportunity 3
zev Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 I'm convinced that one of the writers really liked Lex Luger's metal forearm gimmick and decided to turn it up to 11. 1
Robert Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 ONE GLOVE TO RULE THEM ALL! I saw you doing your best Melissa impression, Casey. Jack got nailed with that Havoc elbow early on and he was done for. Angelico's injury was so nasty and then he had to lay there to take the 450 right away which couldn't have felt good. I hate that Vamp is being re-introduced again. I get it, he's booking himself into things because it's pro wrestling and inevitable but it's REALLY jumping the shark with me when he does the entire deal staring at Puma or going into his trance & then 30 seconds later we're supposed to accept him as happy go lucky making jokes about World War 2 announcer Vampiro. Pick one role and stick with it. Sexy Star's acting skills... holy fuck. This has to be a rib on her.
zev Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 This might be how Dario got Matanza to the temple originally.

I wish it was, but it's clearly a rib on us all. Why do you do this to us, LU? What did the believers at home do to deserve Star's horrid "acting"?
