goodhelmet
Not anymore I guess, but it did in 2003. There's no omnibus thread for Non-Marvel/Non-DC comic book movies, otherwise I would have put it there. Just create a new thread
tigertooth
I don't see why League of Ex Gents couldn't be remade well. I guess there's the need to Americanize it, but that doesn't seem so bad. I probably mentioned this before, but I first watched the League movie just 2ish years ago. I found it funny how the middle part of the movie presaged the Avengers movie (which I saw prior to League, but obviously was made afterward). M/Loki plans to kill the League/Avengers by causing Hyde/Hulk to rage and destroy the sub/helicarrier.

Craig H
There's something about his face that looks odd. And I understand why they would go with a CGI cape. It could get in the way during scenes or not move in the way you want it to move.

The Natural
Brilliant. Every time I see a new picture of the suit I think,"they finally did it!" I've always liked the suits from Batman, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. This nails it, I expected that from Zack Snyder and he hasn't disappointed. Elsalvajeloco
The exterior shooting is finished, and I believe they are moving to Pinewood Studios. This means no more zany Batman and Joker footage.

Elsalvajeloco
Sony also wants him for Robotech, not sure how that is going to pan out. Either they find another director or wait for it to come out in 2019. Joseph Kosinski ain't doing nothing now that Tron 3 isn't happening. Pretty sure he wants some work.
Cliff Hanger
I still have no idea how a Robotech movie even works. Do you adapt Southern Cross/Masters? Mospeada/Invid Invasion? Macross is such an insane can of worms it'd never happen. Do you make an all-new story using familiar mecha designs and call it Ultimate Robotech? The Natural
I'll post this now if I'm not online for it... We're coming up to the tenth anniversary (!) of Batman Begins, the 15th of June 2005. Batman Begins is one of the best ever comic book films, top three for me and the best comic book origin film. The first hour from the start of the film to Batman standing on the rooftop is my favourite section of any comic book film. I like the themes in this film, the use of fear and Batman as a symbol to inspire others. Batman Begins has the best scene in the whole trilogy, Batman and the now Lieutenant Gordon at the end of the movie with the Joker tease for the sequel. A perfect scene. Perfect. I’d also like to two other scenes to go with the ones already mentioned, the bats used from Batman: Year One as Batman escapes Arkham Asylum and the Tumbler chase. Batman Begins alright!
