Babyfaces who are incapable of being heels

This one is hard to answer because you have guys that could be decent heels but the crowd wouldn't/won't allow it, and you have guys that half-assed it, but there are probably plenty of guys that could work heel even if they were predominantly face.

But I'm pretty sure the ultimate answer to this question is Bruno.

David and Kerry Von Erich's Florida heel run was not the best...I assume it was done to make them more well-rounded in preparation for becoming World Title candidates but they were just natural babyfaces...

I had always heard David was a good heel in FLA as Dorys protege.

The york foundation was an odd collection of folks: rotunda, morton, rich.

Rotunda was never in the York Foundation with Morton and Rich. It was Terry Taylor with them.

My biggest problem with them, especially Morton is that he still wore his R&R Express gear. If your new gimmick is a corporate yuppie, you shouldn't still have a mullet or wearing bandanas and tassels. Aside from Alexandra York with her lawyer porn look, Terry Taylor was the only one that looked the part.

Morton switched to new gear not long after joining. He kept the mullet, but him and Rich wore matching gear that kind of resembled leather chaps over acid-washed spandex. It was not a good look.

You're right. I can picture it in my head as I read your description of it. Nothing says corporate like leather chaps and acid washed tights.

David was a total heel in his feud with Jimmy Garvin. ;)

Nazi sympathizer fascist Bruno would have been money

Bruno turning heel on, say, Miguel Perez in the Garden to set up an Italy vs PR feud would've been a license to print money. Which they could use to rebuild their arenas after all the fan riots.

They ran Shea Stadium when they did it with Pedro. Bruno was a heel to Pedro's fans.

But there was never a turn - it was always a battle of faces with a grudge and everyone was fine and dandy at the end.

I always felt like Morton half-assed the turn.  Dude didn't even bother to tie his hair back.  To paraphrase what you said, nothing says corporate like a dude with a souithern-accent with long blonde hair down to his waist.  Morton's hairstyle was out of control then.  He could at least worn a ponytail if he wasn't going to cut it.

They made Rich's ass look huge.

I don't think it was the chaps so much as i was the fact that Rich's ass was huge at the time.

Basically, those were two guys seriously wrong for their gimmick.

Yes, it was just a slight grudge and they went to Shea. If there was a real Italy vs. Puerto Rico war it could have gone on for a year with big business. Perez, Rivera, Denucci, Parisi and keep going.

Tajiri remained over as a face. Eddy could just do no wrong at that point.

Tajiri actually turned heel on Rey Mysterio not long afterwards and formed Kyo Dai.

I think maskless Mysterio cosplaying Kenny from Oz was definitely capable of being a heel, and he basically was when they were doing the No Limit Soldiers bullshit against the West Texas Rednecks. The only time he was officially heel was during the New Blood period, and not for long.

He was a heel during his last run in the E.

I'm going to add votes for Steamboat and Santana, I don't think those could ever be possible.

Who was a heel?
