ebbie
Adam Rose threatening and bullying his Rosebuds into maintaining the party, even while he abuses their mascot is more interesting character development than anything they've done with Bray Wyatt. Hey, I already made the comparison between Rose and that dirtbag club owner who does oodles of coke and rapes anyone he can stick it in.
Gorman
So I see the criticism in Bray Wyatt in the Cena feud as he wasnt "protected" but I like the character with Taker seemingly gone Wyatt could be the new Taker in a way. He has a somewhat supernatural character admittedly he's not as "protected" as Taker was but nobody is. Cena is uber protected like too unstoppable. But like Ryback it can all be rebuilt for Bray. Giving Wyatt superpowers is probably what ruined him in the first place. Why can't he just be a big fat crazy hillbilly? Because we've seen big, fat and crazy hillbillies before. I want to see some substance behind Wyatt's claims that he's the eater of worlds, not just the eater of wild squirrel pie.
Ramsey
Bock/Billy can't be posted enough. The moment when Bock slaps him and there's exactly one beat that's like Bock staring in the eyes of a bull before he charges and Bock ducks out the way is just perfect. Agreed. That match contains a few perfect wrestling moments, in my humble opinion. Every wrestler in training should have to watch that one.

kafkonia
I'm amused that the last few pages have seen both the argument "the WWE's core audience is too old" and the argument "the WWE needs to sell itself to the older fan". It's a strange situation, to be certain, and I wonder if the demographic figures factor in children below a certain age.
Rev Ray
I feel like the Rosebuds will be under his thumb until they try to save the the Bunny from his abuse by sacrificing themselves like Slurms McKenzie. "I'm gonna save them the only way I know how... BY PARTYING!"
greenbat
I would like to see them all turn on Rose one by one until he's left staggering out alone with a horrible beard yelling at everyone. Then he's saved by Bo Dallas.

twiztor
The funny thing is that I think a more adult approach to the stuffing would actually appeal more to kids and teenagers. agreed. kids don't like stuff that they feel is "dumbed down" for them. kids want to be adults. watch adult movies (no i don't mean porn!), be a part of adult conversations, etc. if they can create a show that those fans would let their kids watch as parents AND that those fans also enjoy, they'd find it easier going to cultivate the next generation of fans. exactly. how many of us got into wrestling because an adult (dad, uncle, older brother, etc.) were into it? i'd guess a fair amount. i remember that my uncle and older cousin both loved wrestling and went to Detroit to see WrestleMania 3. my dad never liked the stuff, but any time i was around that uncle we'd watch WWF Superstars and i couldn't get enough. RIPPA
Posted on the WON last last night The Great Khali (Dalip Singh Rana) was just moved tonight to the alumni section of the WWE web site. There has not been an announcement made that he was no longer with the company, although there had been talk around wrestling for the last week that such a move was imminent. We will update with any further news on the subject. I point everyone to his WOTD thread - where I somehow turned into the biggest Khali mark

RIPPA
And just to follow up WWE sources have confirmed that Dalip Singh Rana, the Great Khali, is no longer with the company. Khali's contract expired this past week and the company opted not to renew it. As noted yesterday, this was not a surprise and there had been talk around wrestling for the past week or so that Khali was being let go.

bink_winkleman
In ten years, when no one has any idea what a "hipster" is supposed to be, Vince will probably have half the WWE roster in horned rimmed glasses, riding to the ring in fixies and cutting promos on vinyl vs. MP3, with Jim Johnston making a bunch of shitty faux-indie music that sounds like the "Where Is My Mind" riff over bloated vocals from some terrible butt rock singer.

E.J.
Beth turned into Christina Applegate real quick. So Khali has to be one of the biggest busts ever right? I mean, maybe not in India.
RandomAct
So I watched a bunch of Eddie yesterday, and it still blows me away how literally perfect the Mysterio match at Halloween Havoc is. One of maybe 5-8 matches that I consider such.
