Godfrey
A thing of beauty http://youtu.be/j1iegLypFnY #1 I think Bayley's version is better than Magnum's, but you have to consider the people taking the move too.#2 Sasha got her Boss nickname from Magnum? Johnny Sorrow
Oh, Magnum is the sexier of two, of course. You know he'll fuck you good and bonafide, but he'll spoon you with a meaty arm across you that exudes "you're safe." Magnum also had tights that just got more tiny as he became a bigger star. If he hadn't had the wreck he'd have been main eventing Starrcade 88 in a banana hammock.

Vgmastr
Went to the Green Bay show last night, it's been awhile since I've had that much fun at a wrestling show. They changed up the card quite a bit from the Milwaukee show, our main event was Finn vs. Sami, which was amazing.

JCM
Zayn vs Owens is the perfect way to kick start the NXT vs main roster feud that leads to a big inter promotional show that concludes with a Balor Club vs Shield War Games match. Seriously though I think they're missing the boat if we don't get some kind of WWE vs NXT network special this year. I need a Sasha vs Asuka match to happen without commercial breaks and fucking Cole and JBL calling it.
Craig H
*facepalm* No. No no no no no no no. How many times must history show why WWE vs Whoever is a terrible idea? The WWE side will NOT LOSE. Vince McMahon would go out like Rasputin did to prevent "the brand" from ever losing to whoever else. It didn't happen with WCW, ECW or the Nexus. You can make something like that look amazing on paper, but in execution, at the end of the day, one is getting fed to the other, and we all know which side is eating. Running WWE vs NXT would be the same old shit. You would have a couple NXT people winning, a few WWE guys winning, and the main event would be Roman or Cena vs Finn or whoever. Roman or Cena would win, but their NXT opponent would have fought REAL HARD to show how scrappy they were and they just weren't good enough, MAYBE NEXT TIME THOUGH! So that's wonderful, making the NXT dudes look like they're not good enough, but getting the obligatory pat on the back and arm raised by Cena. Fuck that. stro
It also makes no sense from a logic stand point. It's not like NXT is portrayed as an outside company. It airs on the WWE Network, everyone is acknowledged as WWE talent, it has WWE logos all over the show. There is no reason to "invade", because they all work for the same guy. The angle would be dead before it even starts.
Craig H
I have only experienced one promotion vs. promotion angle that worked, and that was RoH vs. CZW, and I pin about 70% of that on Naylor who would write about it on here in the most impassioned way.
JRGoldman
I think it would be a fun Network special to have a one shot no storyline NXT vs. WWE show, where only one or two NXT workers went over. It would immediately make those NXT people look ready for the big shows, and it wouldn't be a big deal for NXT people to lose to established WWE people.
RIPPA
What is really interesting is that the NXT shows aren't done like the WWE traditionally handles house shows. Several heels are winning
cubbymark
Just left the afternoon NXT show in Chicago. It was a really great show in a building that didn't have the heaters working, so the show started late. Finn Valor went out and apologized to the long line of NXT fans waiting outside for the show starting late. 1. Enzo and Big Cass def. Dash and Dawson via DQ. The referee gets pulled out of the ring to break up the Enzo/Big Cass rocket launcher. 2.Tomasso Ciampa def. Bull Dempsey vía armbar submission. Comedy match for the most part but the finishing sequence was good. 3. Elias Sampson def Tye Dillinger. Dillinger was really over with the crowd. 4. Bayley def. Alexa Bliss via Belly to Bailey to retain NXT Womens title in a real good match. First half main event. 5. Apollo Crews def. Baron Corbin with double standing shooting star press. 6.Eva Marie and Nia Jax def. Peyton Royce and Carmella when Jax hit Royce with a Hogan leg drop. 7. Finn Balor def. Sami Zayn to retain NXT Title. Really good show, the crowd was into everything and I had a lot of fun.

That would also make no sense considering NXT is the showpiece of the WWE Network, with its stars and history getting promoted on Raw every week. "You're holding us back by letting us perform in cool place with great fans and put on great matches, while promoting us on Raw and having us dominate the roster when we get called up. So we're invading. FOR REAL."
