Niners Fan in CT Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 In fairness I'm not the only one who called the FUCK FINISH but even I didn't think it'd be that bad.... HAHAHAHAHA Fuck WWE. Love those AEW chants. 5
Rehabilitated Rick Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Fucking hell. WWE are doing AEW's work for them. Dying days of WCW-esque. Live crowd were insulted. What were they thinking? 6
piranesi Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 I don't think I've heard a reaction like that since the early days of Hollywood Hogan, and that was not the same kind of heat as this. This was....what?
Niners Fan in CT Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 The Fiend is dead. They are just too fucking stupid to realize it yet. Also, Seth Rollins is dead too. If he wasn't already, he's about to be another Roman. Good job Vince! 2
hammerva Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Damn it after that I need my R-Truth dancing around the WWE Network logo commercial like the last time. So many god awful things to say about that main. 4
Infinit Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 That seemed like the ending of a 2000 WCW PPV. Horrible. 1
The Man Known as Dan Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 I just feel awful for Bray. The guy came up with that gimmick himself and made himself the most over act going after years of being booked to shit. Now he gets a big match and..... gets booked like shit. What a dumb fucking company. I’m not big on AEW personally, but the E just sucks right now. 2
The Natural Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 (edited) Expected a fuck finish in Rollins/Fiend...but that was another level. No wonder people are pissed. I'm among them. Feel for Bray Wyatt with this botch. Edited October 7, 2019 by The Natural 2
piranesi Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 I mean, they're trying to do the old Hulk Hogan faces a monster and beats him but 1) In an era when the monster has to be so over the top that it's not really believable or manageable to build someone up as a supernatural monster without straying into the absurd 2) No one wants to see Seth Rollins beat anyone let alone a cool monster. 1
Guest Edwin Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Not to be that guy, but to be fair, I can't believe you folks watch as many hours of this garbage a week as y'all do.
Hagan Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Well that was the worst WWE match ever. Holy cow. I will never forget that cartoonishly large mallet. 2 1
hammerva Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 (edited) So hitting someone with a tool box while there is ladder and a chair on them is perfectly fine. But a sledgehammer is where we are drawing the line. I mean there was a fucking mallet in the match that was 3 times the size. It must suck to know that you have been in 3 or 4 of these Hell in a Cell matches and your girlfriend is in her FIRST one and it was one of the best in many years. With Sasha of course. We were never ready to accept that because we all like the guy and by jumping right to PPV they got into a situation where you know there's no way he's going to get a title run...He's a fucking fiend. So they had to try and finesse yet another Bray Wyatt PPV failure without "beating him". It's an impossible ask and guaranteed catastrophe, and here we are.
The Natural Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Used this at the ending to the main event of the Hell in a Cell last time and need to do so again. 2
Infinit Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Why didn't Seth use the mallet instead of the toolbox? Or is there any point to making sense of it all?? Lol 1
Raziel Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 The Mallet was straight out of Looney Tunes. I dunno, I watched HUSTLE, watch DDT, dug early LU, did e-wrestling in the 90's... and that match broke right past my tolerances for insane shit. 6

Counting the 1 1/2 matches I watched tonight, that brings my WWE viewing total for the month to 1 1/2 matches...
Gonzo Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Like I saw someone on Twitter say, this is the WWE version of Starrcade '97. They had the obvious ending right there in front of them, and instead they went with what had to be the worst possible ending for that match. 7
Ryan Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 DQs in a match that seemingly aren't supposed to have them are always the best. 3
DJ Hero Morganti Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 In the words of Hannibal Buress quoting Lorne Michaels... That was conceptually adventurous... And dumb as fuck. 1
