Its Cornette tries not to mention him by name.  Nobody cares about Vince Russo, so he only gets attention when someone like Cornette or Cody talk about him.

This is controversial but I think titties make everything better.

I just read three paragraphs of transcription of Cornette on some satellite radio talking about Reigns and the magical solution to fixing the problem.

It took him three paragraphs to say : "Turn him heel." 

People I blame:

1. WWE. So, so much.

2. Myself for reading it

3. Cornette for taking that long to say it.

Not really since Cornette is relevant* and has drawn money in multiple eras. Russo has only been successful once and it really looks like a fluke. 

*Cornette doesn't need anyone from this era or someone higher up to talk about him to move the needle.

But seriously he does not watch WWE regularly. So turning him heel might not be screaming out to a non regular viewer. If you just started this week, it might not seem like you need to turn Roman, since they tried to keep him backstage.
