Brock vs Lesnar sounds confusing, but it is an established trope that whenever writers run out of interesting boss/villain ideas, you just fight a mirror/shadow/clone/etc version of yourself.

Shit, I forgot about HHH vs Braun. If that matches happens at WM and if HHH gets in more offense than the Rock did against Brock or Sting got in against Vader then it's a failure.

The microphones were always too close. It's not like Sid was shouting out his spots, but the mics picked up on every single spot he called.

Sid was not a very subtle spot caller to begin with, though, but that's what happens when you also not very keen on laying out the match with the face before it even begins.

Luger would like to have a word with you.

Specifically, "AHHHHHH"

That was nearly 20 years ago. He was out of the business for a long time until New Japan. He was/is just living life as a guy his age normally would. Not having to work out and having a successful job.

I prefer to think he was recently bit by Heyman.

I could go completely cynical and say that Brock vs Braun at the Rumble will be a 5 minute bomb throwing contest followed by the single invincible finisher F5 puts Braun away, just so when Roman kicks out of it a WM it will be a "big" deal solely for the purpose of creating Superstar Reigns.

But I won't and say I'm way more interested in a Brock vs Lesnar feud as well.

Fourth time is the charm, I guess.

I am so sick of part-timers being champions. Brock needs to drop that belt to a regular who actually works house shows and TV.

Kane vs Strowman tonight on Raw in a #1 contenders match for Brock at the Royal Rumble.

So Brock vs Lesnar at the Rumble it is then

Brock is going to spank his monkey until someone comes out and stops him?

New Japan has the full press conference on their YouTube page—Omega promising a fight, and a version of himself he hasn’t shown—but this is the part you’ll be hearing about...

They put Kane over Balor strong to build him up for Brock...

Triple H will interfere to get the first strike on Braun. Cerebral Assassin and all that.

Still a chance Balor gets added.

I had a big fucking grin while watching this. I'm sure Omega, Gedo & Romero did as well.

Good bit to promote the match, but the heat of the moment gets the best of them ...

"It's time for the Cleaner ..."

*"'... to get cleaned?' No, that sounds stupid.  '... to get dirty?'  Shit.  I should've said, 'I can get dirtier than the Cleaner has ever seen,' damn that would've been sweet!  C'mon, c'mon!  Um, fuck it ..."*

" ... the Cleaner's career to be over!  SHUT UP, FUCKFACE!"

Ha, yeah, that was a loooooong pause. Honestly I like that sorta thing in promos though. He seems rightly flustered, maybe a bit shaken up, and he ought to.

Before NJPW, the last time Callis was seen in wrestling was 2005 during the ECW reunion craze. He already had short hair then.

This should be what gets Jericho over the top and finally gets him into the WON HOF. That last piece of the puzzle.

(Look, I said "finally" and "should." It's not my fault reality is stupid.)
