Austin admitting that he dabbled in, or at least tried coke is a pretty refreshing revelation that most people wouldn't have the balls to admit today. Especially a dude of his caliber.

I wouldn't say refreshing. I find it quite upsetting to hear anybody doing coke to be honest. I guess in certain circles its more readily available.

A circle like say, a wrestling locker room.

Well fucking durrr Sherlock, what do you think I meant, the Wendy house as the back of my yard?

It would be interesting, in a weird way, to get a timeline. I got the feeling the last time he used was 2003 - 2007 where he speaks of being very down and "doing a lot of stupid shit" qyite a lot. He spoke of not wanting to wind up dead like "one of those guys" after all the success he had, so I'm of the opinion he spiralled down and did some shit he was ashamed of during that time.

Are all the episodes in the archive?, as for the Eric Bischoff interview it says pt 2 & 4 only. Also the latest show is #146 and the next show under it is #144 so is there any episodes missing as I'm interested in checking these out, thanks.

Bischoffs interviews took place on Unleashed and Clean

Well, I didn't mean the fact that he did coke, more so the honesty to admit it.

Any chance Austin will bring Sting on at some point?  I was really disappointed with JR's interview with him on his own podcast.

I don't know if Austin is going to bring Sting on but I've heard there's a good chance we're going to get an interview with Real Estate Steve. The entire interview is just going to be Real Estate Steve telling Austin that he needs to use deadly force when dealing with PED using rats b/c they bring down property values.

He's been pretty honest on the podcast, so it didn't surprise me.  He doesn't go into full detail, but he makes frequent mentions of "gimmicks" and living hard and fast.  He's admitted to steroid use, heavy drinking, drinking and driving, soma and pain pill abuse.....he's not shy about talking about this stuff.  The one thing he doesn't talk about is his failed marriages and the domestic abuse situation with Debra, but who can blame him for not wanting to dredge that stuff up?  It seems like he's in a pretty happy and healthy place with his new wife

I think my favorite episode was actually the Court Bauer episode. I like the backstage stuff like the creative team stories and things like that, instead of detailed stories about a wrestler's career. I know that's not a popular choice, but I actually paid attention, unlike what I usually do which is just zone out and it's background noise.

I think he's not legally allowed to talk about the Debra situation.

He's made allusions to trying to patch things up and repair things with his kids, but yeah...definitely steers clear of ex-wives. There was the funny Scott Hall exchange when Hall mentioned loving crazy women or some such and Austin said something along the lines of "I'm not gonna refer to any woman as crazy that I'm still paying money too."

You guys remember the big Rolling Stone feature on him when he got hot and it talked heavily about him just pounding beers while driving down the road. I remember reading it at the time and it being very clear that this was a guy that definitely had a drinking problem.

I love how he talks about that mythical time in the late 90's where drinking and driving was acceptable.
