Craig H
The same brand as John Cena and Nikki Bella. Well, that will be interesting. At lease Cena's taking a lot of time off in 2017.
Dolfan in NYC
A veteran who is worlds better than Natalya and can convincingly be a face or heel is exactly what Smackdown needs. Good for Mickie.
Zakk_Sabbath
Also happy for Mickie. I saw her as Alexis Laree at the first ROH show I ever went to and have been a fan since then. I remember reading she had a kid so I wasn't sure if she would wanna go back on the road. That's great news.

It was a long time ago, Cena and Nikki are practically married and Mickie is also married, I'd assume it is just water under the bridge. I mean if Nikki keeps wrestling I am sure she'll have a feud with Mickie at some point, its a small roster.
Craig H
Oh, I think you're right, but you just never know how people will react in those situations. Especially professional wrestlers. FWIW, I think I would rather see Mickie on Raw. Sasha's recent comments ring true. That women's roster is so thin on Raw. Adding Mickie to the mix there would help. Zakk_Sabbath
I keep wondering when Nia is gonna reach that upper echelon because I feel like having a monster heel as champion would help to solve Raws depth problem because you could tell the story of each girl coming *so close* to beating her multiple times. You could get 3 or 4 big matches out of everyone. So not only do you basically fill a lot of time with not a lot of people, but you get whoever finally beats her over in the process. In essence, you make her female Brock but not to the point of absurdity. I'm also really hoping they call Ember Moon up soon

Tie the whole page together and we have Lita beating Nia in 3 moves sometime in 2018.

Both rosters are thin. Raw actually has more women than SDL. Several of them are just out right now, and Raw isn't as good at booking what they have compared to SDL. Cristobal
This may be a next year thing, but I wonder if a women's Rumble match is a possibility?

If they involve NXT folks, and bring in a few surprises for the night such as Victoria or Ivory, then a 20 woman Rumble is possible next month. If/when they have a CWC style Ladies Tournament, depending on how many sign on full time afterwards, the Rumble after that could have a full 30. nofuture
I'd think the ones they are signing are being told to report in January to get them orientated and the ones that are losing in the first round and not being signed in March when the tourny's being taped. The Z
I think March sounds more realistic, there probably would have already been an official announcement, if it was in January. Jinny, Polyanna and Toni Storm should be no-brainers for the tournament.

RIPPA
RAW Sasha Banks Charlotte Bayley Dana Brooke Alicia Fox Nia Jax Emma Summer Rae (injured) Paige (injured/suspended) SMACKDOWN Alexa Bliss Becky Lynch Natalya Nikki Bella Carmella Naomi Eva Marie (Shooting movie) Mickie James (reported) Each side has one woman manager who (at least for the moment don't wrestle) - Lana (Raw), Maryse (SDL) So RAW has exactly one more woman
Sammo~!
I don't know that I like the idea of a women's Royal Rumble match. The Rumble is too special to dilute it with more than one match of its kind on a show. I wouldn't mind some other gimmick to determine a #1 contender for Mania for the women but two Rumble matches is overkill.

If they ever have a women's Royal Rumble, I feel it should take place on a women's only PPV. The women can have some regular matches, then the Royal Rumble match to finish off the show.
