If you want to know how I did it(if you're a noob like me), I: 1) Grabbed the URL of the youtube vid I wanted 2) Used Giphy Youtube to GIF maker - https://giphy.com/create/gifmaker 3) Put the youtube url in, picked the times I wanted to use, saved the gif without effects 4) Went to http://www.gifntext.com/ 5) Used the giphy link to the gif, put it in gifntext 6) Use top left hand text icon button for text then adjusted the sliders accordingly(start the words at the time you want them to appear, don't have them there at the start) and then moved the words to the right place. Not super hard at first, but it may take a few minutes to get the hang of it. Extremely easy after you make one. I forget what that was called, but I think it had matches on it or clips or something, it's been so long. It was so absurd, like much of his career post 1994.
