Web Conn Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 With the talk of Angle being a free agent and Bully & Devon working on a night by night agreement with TNA, I got to thinking who are formerly contracted WWE wrestlers that I would Like to see back. As a fan of the Dudleyz growing up I would love to see them have another run in the WWE. They would add depth to the pretty slim tag division right now. I think they could bust out some great matches with the Usos and the Brotherhood. who are some people Attitude era, Ruthless Agression or at anytime contracted with the WWE, like to see back?
mattdangerously Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Co-signed on Dudleys and Chris Masters. I wouldn't mind seeing Harry Smith and Lance Archer back, either.
OSJ Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 No Dudleys for God's sake, are you mad, or simply lacking in taste? Maybe this line of thought is the antitheses of the intent of this thread, but I would prefer not to see any retreads or returns of past performers. WWE is getting very stale right now in the way they are utilizing the current roster, so some truly new faces should be what we hope for, not ECW refugees that had their best days twenty years ago.
Go2Sleep Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Yeah, definitely no to the Dudleys. I still haven't gotten over how sick of them I was in 2002. Â In the spirit of 2000s Indy guys being hot right now, I'd like to see Kaval or moderately-in-shape Chris Hero in the current landscape. Â Also, Kharma if she was up for it.
Web Conn Posted October 5, 2014 Author Posted October 5, 2014 Why does everybody hate the Dudleyz they are great. "Devon get the Tables!"
piranesi Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014  Even if he's super fat(ter). In fact that might make it better. 2
Skelemania Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Carlito would be cool. Â See what I did there? Â Would also have no problem with Kharma or Masters. 1
cool arrow Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 I'd like to see Hero get a run on the main roster, but since it didn't happen the first time, I don't suppose it would the second time either. 2
OSJ Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 "How's Gallows"? Just hanging around, I suppose... 6
Lazlo Woodbine Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 These two. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WazvbgXAvr0 1
The Man Known as Dan Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Yeah, this thread screams Masters. 1
Matt D Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Masters is 31 and he's probably the best selling babyface in the country not named Goldust. Who's better? 1
piranesi Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 I'd love to see Bull Buchanan reprise his "Man, Cena, you've changed, man. I was 50% of that team, man, but there's no movies for Barry, is there? There's no sick kids for Barry! There isn't even really a roof over Barry's head is there, John? I'm squatting in a hollowed out tree that I share with Dean Ambrose and a wolverine...I don't which one is biting me every night either but I'm pretty sure I've got something really bad from whichever one of them it is...like I can't feel my face, John, and I don't sweat anymore" character from that one time he showed up again. 2
Dewar Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Masters coming back would be good. If we are allowed to pick people who have never been in WWE before, I want a Beer Money run in WWE.
JRGoldman Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 I've dug a lot of Gangrel's smaller recent Indy stuff, plus it would be pretty awesome watching a super fat dude working a really dated gimmick wrestling Sheamus on superstars and shit.
