J.T.
CDPR has postponed Night City Wire. Quote We decided to move Night City Wire to Jun 25th. We still look forward to sharing new information about Cyberpunk 2077, but more important discussions are happening right now and we want them to be heard. We wholeheartedly stand against racism, intolerance and violence. Black Lives Matter. The Americans who post at the CDPR board are in full support of the move. Meanwhile the Eastern Euros are like WHERE'S OUR GAME~?? Edited June 2, 2020 by J.T.

J.T.
This is product that is clearly not designed for people my age. It is clearly Sega's goal to increase the world percentage of people with astigmatism by a million percent. Edited June 3, 2020 by J.T.
Neil Koch
I'm a Sega mark, and have been getting most of the mini consoles and cabinets in general, but $50 for something that only has 4 games and looks barely playable? *wet fart*
NikoBaltimore
I loved Game Gear but think they took the Mini concept way too far. If you need a magnifying glass to play a game then somebody over at Sega needs a talking to.

A steal at $180!!!

I found this in the comments of one of the stories Quote Apparently, it’s not. The Famitsu article, from what I’ve been hearing, is about a new technology Sega’s developing called “Fog Gaming,” which is going to be tested in their arcade titles in Japan. Apparently it’s got ultra-low latency and will allow players to play arcade games at home even after business hours are over. Which means it’s likely not coming to America anytime soon.

One of the rumors going around on social media the past few days is that Sega is getting back into the console business, but only in Japan. So this bit sort of plays into that rumor. Honestly, when i saw the GG mini on social media this morning, I did assume that it was the "revolutionary" announcement being teased. Lol. Yeah, GG Mni seems like a bad idea even at $50. Jiji
Otherwise known as Kurt Angle hands. It's a neat idea but 4 games and expecting/encouraging people to buy all of the different colours is worse than the absurd size.

dogwelder
Arcade cabinets as streaming servers? Sega’s “fog gaming” concept, explained Quote In any case, the "fog gaming" concept seems to be centered around converting Sega's massive infrastructure of Japanese arcades and arcade machines into a kind of widely distributed streaming gaming data center. Those cabinets—and the decently specc'ed CPUs and GPUs inside them—are only in active use by players for perhaps eight hours a day at a busy location, according to Adam Pratt, an arcade operator who runs industry website Arcade Heroes. The rest of the time, those machines could serve streaming gaming content to home-bound players, without the need for an immense, Google Stadia-sized data center investment. Really great action and control with the combos you could do using 2 different weapons (kinda Divinity-like).

Zimbra
I've always thought Kingdoms of Amalur was like 60% of a good game that was weighed down with just a ton of filler.

The combat is fairly intuitive, but then it also forces you to switch up. The story is interesting at spots, but way too much, "There's no time to tell you what's going on LOL". The maps are wide open, but teleporting is weirdly sporadic and then you turn a corner and the mobs are 20 levels above you. There's a good game in there, but you have to put up with several garbage trucks. Edited June 7, 2020 by JLSigman
