AxB
If the WWE had tried to restart the West Texas Rednecks vs Rap feud, with R-Truth and some other guys who could wrestle on the rap side, would it have gotten over, or would it be Jeff Jarrett vs Mabel and nobody cares part two? And who would be the heels?

JBL would get beat up a lot though so that'd be fun
Hagan
Have no real beef with the Observer awards but the weird tendency of people to separate NXT (best show) and WWE (worst promotion) is odd. It's not quite as annoying as the "Smackdown is so much better because Vince isn't in charge" but it's still kind of dumb.
Guest Edwin
How much did WWE jobbers of the 80's and 90's get paid for getting squashed? How much do indy folks make now when they get squashed on RAW? How much does an NXT jobber get to get squashed on TV? A couple hundred bucks? I remember 450 posting a photo of a check he got for an NXT TV appearnace he made, but it just said WWE on the check and the rest wasn't in the photo, so that made me curious as to how much these guys usually get for those one off appearances. I actually don't mind it, because they are treated differently enough that NXT and WWE should be judged differently. And even if they're not treated differently, it is possible for 1 hour of television can be the best hour of television and the who knows how many other hours of WWE programming be the worst.

DJ Hero Morganti
My favorite thing about the awards. WWE got second for best promotion and won worst promotion. It would of been awesome if they won both.

Grunge had gone quiet, and nu-metal hadn't really started yet, and Skunk Anansie were yet to release their first two albums (which came out a few months apart because record labels). So the Kerrang awards gave everything to Bon Jovi. Best band, Worst band, Best album, Worst album, Sexiest Male, Ugliest Male, everything.
Ryan
Hey, they somehow gave best album to No Devotion's disc a few years ago which I never expected(I'm a Rickly mark), so this doesn't surprise me. I think that was fan voted though for an awards show. More of a statement supporting the band members and the BS they had to go through after all the horrific stuff with their former singer. LostProphets if I recall properly. Also, this for no reason but to amuse a Brit.

I had the first lostprophets album because my friend was a store manager at Sam Goody and would let me rummage in their stock room for promo cd's. He has the promo of Dream Theater's album "Live Scenes from New York", with the original artwork featuring an apple and New York City in flames, which was supposed to be released September 11, 2001. Needless to say, the ex-singer of lostprophets is a seriously sick fucker. He also just got busted for a having a cell phone in jail, which probably containted kiddie porn. I can't comment on No Devotion since I've never listened to anything they've done since lostprophets second album, which I didn't like as much as the first. Tromatagon
The only thing I didn't like about Balls/RVD was that they debuted a top rope Nutcracker Suite in that match and it only got a two count.
