Valcourt Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Two things. Has anyone ever heard Dolphs comedy? Meltz says he isn't good and from some of his comedy tweets I can see that. Second, Colt Cabanna got a shout out at the end of Marc Marons WTF podcast with President Obama. Not during the interview of course, but that that was interesting.
Web Conn Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I'm not a metal fan per say (I like GNR but are they metal?) but whats wrong with Megadeath?
The Man Known as Dan Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I find people who don't want Dolph in Lucha Underground as I'm pretty sure they also wouldn't have wanted Del Rio there. It's becoming a common thing that people leave the WWE and then they become something really cool in the Indies. Just need a little freshening up.
cool arrow Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I'm not a metal fan per say (I like GNR but are they metal?) but whats wrong with Megadeath? The fact that it's actually spelled "Megadeth." 4
Web Conn Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Oh what do I know. I know if it was Wu Tang and not Wu-Tang on his jacket I'd be throwing a fit. 1
Spritenaut 32 Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Dolph should leave the WWE so he has time to track down the stylist who told him his (current) hair looked good, and beat that person senseless. 1
TerjeRUN Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I'd swap my face and hair for Dolph's. Anybody who says they wouldn't by my mathematical calculations either: A) Honestly feels they are more attractive. B ) Just doesn't want anybody else's face. C) Is an insecure fucking liar. 1
Tromatagon Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 A guy who spent his whole career in the WWE system going to LU and an actual luchador from a family of luchadores are two very different things
Web Conn Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Sounds like your beef is more with the WWE system then it is with Dolph Ziggler.
The Nature Boy Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 A guy who spent his whole career in the WWE system going to LU and an actual luchador from a family of luchadores are two very different things John Morrison entered the WWE system by winning a reality show and he seems to be doing just fine in LU. 1
Tromatagon Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I wasn't sold on Mundo until last weeks episode (or the tapings for it anyway), honestly. He won me over there, and he's got some really really good stuff coming up too(I've seen the whole rest of the season and he does great).
The Nature Boy Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 An ideal world for Dolph would be doing his comedy stuff while working in LU or some SoCal based indies. He's almost 35, if he's going to try this comedy thing, he needs to start soon. Or else he'll be like Mick Foley and hosting a special on WWE Network when he's 50.
Niners Fan in CT Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Dolph has the potential to be great. He just needs to iron out a few things in his game Dolph has had potential for six years. It's not going to happen. He is what he is and there's nothing wrong with that. Some dudes aren't meant to be champion. 1
Brian Fowler Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I've thought for years Dolph's biggest problem is, at best, he's Ricky Morton without a Robert Gibson. I mean, clearly, he's not THAT good, but he should be playing face in peril in front of screaming southern women. 2
Big Fresh Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Rolling Stone did an interview with Hogan: http://www.rollingstone.com/sports/features/hulk-hogan-on-tough-enough-and-how-kevin-owens-made-him-a-believer-20150623 "But at the same time, look at the rise of Kevin Owens – isn't his recent run proof that the business has changed?" "Kevin actually reminds me of one of the older wrestlers of the late Seventies, some of those guys that didn't have the build, but they would scare you if you met them at a bar. What hooked me about him was that I was watching a match of his on NXT and I found myself disassociated with being in the moment, all of a sudden I started watching him and he made me believe again. I watched real close, and there were no holes in his boat – his punches, his kicks, everything he did looked like it was killing the guy, which it probably was. He caught me with my guard down and he made me a believer again, he hooked me. He's got that look, man; that demeanor and that swagger." 2
Niners Fan in CT Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Co-signs from Hulkster to Hunter. Made man.
The Man Known as Dan Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Hogan can be really smart once in a blue moon. And that is a great definition on why Owens is set.
Meltzing Pot Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Meltzer's story on yesterday's breaking news audio about watching The Crush Girls with Cora Combs is really amazing. "Dave, where's their tits???" 1
The Man Known as Dan Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 So.... CM Punk's RoH title reign began 10 years and 5 days ago. Just to make us all feel old. 3
(BP) Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Hogan's opinion would mean more to me if he hadn't spent his entire TNA run schilling a different guy as the future of professional wrestling every week. Hulk's always working. I'd like his thoughts about a guy before he's already really over and getting a monster push on the main roster. 1
nate Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 "We fucking hate talking about Dolph Ziggler," said 6-7 pages of posts. I love us! 2
Nice Guy Eddie Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 So.... CM Punk's RoH title reign began 10 years and 5 days ago. Just to make us all feel old. The Summer of Punk was awesome. Punk was so great trying to run off with the ROH title while trying to fend off the returning Christopher Daniels, Roderick Strong, Jay Lethal, James Gibson, etc. 2005 ROH was incredible as a whole. My favorite period of wrestling is 2003-2007 ROH. 2

I kinda gotta agree here, IIRC he was high on AJ just before his start in TNA and they push him to the back of the line.
