Craig H
I forget who mentioned it, and maybe multiple wrestlers have said as much, but for each show, don't they need to show up really early? I thought in all, they're spending like 8 to 10 hours at whatever arena they're at, which includes the time for the show itself.

Jrag
 DB does what Punk does and does it better  Err... They are like polar opposites except for the fan support.  DB is the best at elevating his opponent, works hard no matter what horrible program he gets stuck in and is average at best on the mic.  That opening promo on Raw last week was super cringey.  Please never say "Yes Movement" again, DB.  Please.  Punk can carry the mic work for pretty much any feud, elevates his work in the big moments or against the best opponents and generally checks out if they stick him in something horrible.  Even back in their ROH days they were always different.
Jiji
Punk's babyface promos are not very good. At least not in this whole generic, vanilla babyface push he's been getting the last half a year or so. He's been made to look like superman, winning 3 v 1 handicap matches and the like, mailed it in for those performances, and now goes home. Good job, good effort. Good Wade, those "too cool for school" crowds are going to be the absolute fucking worst if this is true about Punk.

But, he isn't.  Bryan got over because he is the underdog with in-ring charisma in spades.  He sure as shit didn't get over by inflecting every sentence like it was the first slide of a powerpoint.  He doesn't speak with any venom or hate or anything.  He isn't doing Punk's shtick and he shouldn't even attempt it.  It's just not for him.
sydneybrown
I see a lot of positives out of this:  HHH vs. Bryan makes way more sense at WM than HHH-Punk, and it's definitely something I'd much rather see.  Punk has been going nowhere since SummerSlam: Curtis Axel feud, Ryback feud, sort-of-Shield feud, and now Kane feud. He's just been floundering, and has been pointed out: he's infinitely more entertaining as a dickhead heel than a pandering face.  Hopefully, this means we get more Punk and Cliff Compton ramblings on Cabana's show.  And most importantly, we can finally figure out which one of you is him by way of who suddenly starts posting a lot more... Craig H
Screw Art of Wrestling. Now there's no reason we can't get Punk on the Steve Austin Show: Unleashed.
Skelemania
My big prob w/ Punk is that he's like the most non-athletic wrestler of all-time. He can't blame it on being a bucket of flubber either, like a One Man Gang could. He's just a nerd that loved wrestling so he became a wrestler. He has a lot of endurance, she he can run forever...but when he has to do something like, say, jump (I'm looking at you shitty Elbow Drop) it always looks super sloppy, Double Dare style. Â He's fucking awkward. Â Daniel Bryan suffers from some of it too. That's why when he does something like the turnbuckle backflip it always looks like junk. That shit can take me right outta a match. Â A big reason why I liked a lot of the older wrestler, like a Bret Hart, Rick Rude, Tito Santana or Rick Martel, is because no matter what they did, it looked good. If it looked like shit, they cut it outta their damn repertoire. Why do guys today, like Punk & Bryan, keep doing shit that looks horrendous? It's a visual medium... Â There's not one fuckin' road agent in the back telling Punk to stop doing the worst elbow drop of all-time in every single match, really?
Craig H
Punk has said many times before that purposely does the Bombs Away elbow and continues doing so because people like you get your Jimmies rustled.
