SirSmUgly Posted April 1 Posted April 1 Watching through these Botchamanias makes me I think I'd like Excalibur, Taz(z), and Tony S. to commentate everything all the time. 2
Curt McGirt Posted April 1 Posted April 1 https://www.theguardian.com/culture/2025/apr/01/the-wrestler-with-nine-lives-how-saraya-survived-alcohol-abuse-injury-and-a-leaked-sex-tape Saraya interview with the Guardian. Hoo boy. She's been through a lot. 2
NikoBaltimore Posted April 1 Posted April 1 I know I said some time ago I wouldn't speak about Saraya again for justified reasons but I just read the article. There's been things known by many (sex tape, bad choice in boyfriends) but that was all I knew about. The article was an eye opener on things I didn't know about. While I hope she doesn't have trash opinions and it was mainly guilty by association (don't want to touch on that here if possible) I feel good about her getting a fresh start. She's had to overcome a lot of demons so all things considered I wish her well. 4
Cobra Commander Posted April 1 Posted April 1 it feels like people, on average, have better takes about leaked photos/videos today then they had 10 years ago not saying all the takes are good, but on average

Sometimes there doesn't even need to be photos or videos for people to be atrocious (and of course someone working for WWE would be involved, why wouldn't they be). 2
Technico Support Posted April 1 Posted April 1 (edited) WWE - Don’t work with awful people challenge - difficulty level: impossible McAfee promoted anti-trans rhetoric during the Olympics. He’s a meathead piece of shit. This company, helmed by a rapist and human trafficker for damn near half a century, gives no fucks what anyone thinks. But go ahead and keep giving them your money. Not that it'll surprise anyone, but Logan Paul also did this. I feel like there was another WWE employed person that did too, but I can't remember. 2
The Natural Posted April 1 Author Posted April 1 (edited) Man, awful start to the month with those pieces. Jesus. Edited April 1 by The Natural 1

I also saw a legit phony post about Vince buying TNA so at least someone is able to make a (bad) joke today. Also, every US band on Encyclopedia Metallum had their origin changed to "North Mexico" 3

Aside from his trope of shitting in Goldberg at every opportunity, he seems to be pretty fair in his historical analysis of things. He is right - a lot of modern workers have patterned their style after guys like him. But a ton of guys have got opportunity after opportunity in this business because of their look, and trying to find the next "Hulk Hogan" - including Hogan himself being pushed well beyond his expiration date. Not very many have been successful, but there are plenty of guys out there "saying prays & eating vitamins" trying to be like Hogan, Warrior, Road Warriors, et al. 1
odessasteps Posted April 1 Posted April 1 I saw some click bait site doing some AFD story about Shane returns to wwe 1

I always assumed it was a propaganda thing sponsored by some anti-communist organization, or a money laundering scheme, or maybe both. Edited April 2 by Technico Support
supremebve Posted April 2 Posted April 2 If one of you guys who can get links to work would like to post La Parka 3's debut, I'm pretty sure everyone around here will enjoy the shit out of it.
