Pete Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Dear God, that running clothesline bump from 'Quake. Any idea who that is on the business end?
cool arrow Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Judging from the flag tights, it's Mark Young (Strongbow's kid). 1
Lamp, broken circa 1988 Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 I don't think anyone's getting on Kota's case calls him out for being unathletic. He's clearly a talented gymnast.
RIPPA Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Dear God, that running clothesline bump from 'Quake. Any idea who that is on the business end? Based on the trunks - Eddie or Love Machine
Michael Sweetser Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Undertaker's over-the-shoulder Tombstone, in the gif above was great. I wish he had stuck with that version. As for the Undertaker, they gave him that exact same style of the tombstone in the WWF's games on SNES/Genesis. Undertaker did the over the shoulder version during his first few years in WWE. When he came back in purple in 1994, he started pretty much exclusively using the "vertical" hold on it, with the legs around the head. It was probably far easier to position the guy on that version, plus easier on his body to hold the guy up, since if he's heavy, he can lock around Taker's neck for some added support.
MoeCristyV.1.6 Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 22.01.1990 Earthquake besiegt Mark Young (1:26) WWF Superstars #177 @ Miami Arena in Miami, Florida, USA TV-Show Should be that match (via cagematch.de)
Rev Ray Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Judging from the flag tights, it's Mark Young (Strongbow's kid). Yeah, what's even better when Mark would break dance in that gear. And no, I'm not joking. I forget if he would do windmills or back spins from time to time.
Illinois Smith Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 It's the closest we'll see to someone fighting a broomstick and I'll be damned if it isn't entertaining I mean, I've seen most of DDT's regular roster sell for YOSHIHIKO but Ibushi's elevated it to an art form.
RIPPA Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 I wish there was another angle because that looks all sorts of crazy for Quake God I miss him 1
Ryback Hates Bullies Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 I wish there was another angle because that looks all sorts of crazy for Quake God I miss him Man that looks great but I hate that this has become the most overused spot in WWE today.
BillThompson Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 I wish there was another angle because that looks all sorts of crazy for Quake God I miss him Oh, the many years of Tenta enjoyment that I lost out on because I was an idiot kid convinced by Scott Keith that Tenta was complete trash. 2

It was great live. My one show ever at MSG. We had great seats because business was down too (hey, more proof that Brock shouldn't be in the WON HOF). The cage match is still on youtube if you look for it.
