Niners Fan in CT Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Twitter is fine it just requires you to self moderate and not wait for some mythical moderator to hold your hand and do it for you. Let's not do this herp derp social media is dumb but message board people are cool thing again. I certainly didn't mean to imply that message board people are all cool but I got ya. The flag thing is just something I will never understand.
Nice Guy Eddie Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Bringing up Reid is something Russo would have creamed his pants at the chance to use.
cool arrow Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 If only EC3 and ADR had the same charisma. Man, what the fuck did EC3 do to piss you off, for such a curse? Um... I kinda meant the inverse of that.
Phantom Lord Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 I didn't figure they would use Reid for cheap heat. The way Paige kept dodging why she broke up the team I was kinda hoping they would do something with her and Ric Flair. Flair was supposed to be there, right? I thought just by how Paige was acting she was going to blurt out "YOUR FATHER TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME". I mean we have a sudden break up of the group. Intense bitterness towards Charlotte. They would have done it ten years ago. Hell, you want a Russo angle there's one. In the WWE the heel women are either crazy bitches or sluts. They chose the first one and went with Paige using Reid. That didn't bother me so much. What bothered me was the segment dragging on and on and Charlotte being so bleh. She is not cut out to be a "good girl". She should be the alpha female evil woman of the division. Basically what Stephanie is. The brawl was fun though. Paige must have superglued that sticky tape to the inside of her shirt. Cesaro/Reigns was an amazing match. Cesaro should have won though. Really to shake things up. It's so obvious this is going Roman/Ambrose with Dean turning heel.
Charlie M. Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 I can't see Ambrose turning. He's the lead B show babyface.
DreamBroken Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Loved the tournament matches. Neville/Owens was a fantastic ten minutes. I always pop for a sweet reverse frankensteiner, awesome near fall that was. Ambrose/Ziggler was good stuff and Reigns/Cesaro ruled it. I think there's a good chance Owens beats Ambrose rather than the obvious Reigns/Ambrose with turn. Then Owens/Ambrose feud over the IC. Dug the women ending as something different even though it was a random way to end the go home show, solid hype throughout the night for it.
Casey Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 I watched Reigns/Cesaro and the final segment, and that was it. It's kind of nice to get through RAW in less than an hour. All of the people that you would think would make it to the semi-finals of the tournament did. Unless Vince has an aneurysm and declares the finals will be Owens versus Del Rio, I don't see how the main event isn't Ambrose/Reigns. But the distinction I make about this match from the rest of you is that Reigns will be turning heel, not Ambrose. This is basically the same formula as Survivor Series 1998. Rock = Reigns, Foley = Ambrose. Except Ambrose isn't already with The Authority, he's just best friends with the guy who is about to stab him in the back. I'm okay with this, as long as it builds to Ambrose/Reigns at WrestleMania with Ambrose getting the title in the end. That said... watch WWE fuck up, again, and turn their hottest face into a heel loooong before it should happen.
goc Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Yea I don't see any way that WWE runs with Owens defending the WWE title against Roman Reigns as the title match at Mania.
jstout Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 So, what are the chances WWE puts the title on Del Rio because they're always the last to know when no one gives a shit about the person they're pushing? "No one gives a shit about him, we've got to make him champion!"
Hail Sabin Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 It would funny again if Reigns wins the Tournament and just like last time John Cena then beats the person who won the tournament (Rey) 20 mins after he won the Title.
Casey Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 I know we're supposed to hate Reddit, or whatever, but I thought this was interesting and kind of says a lot about the booking in WWE. Nothing we don't already know, but still. Three weeks ago, we had a Fatal 4 Way to make Roman Reigns the number one contender. The competitors were: Roman Reigns Kevin Owens Alberto Del Rio Dolph Ziggler Now we're having a tournament to crown the champion and the final 4 are: Roman Reigns Kevin Owens Alberto Del Rio Dean Ambrose Admittedly, there's an improvement because Ziggler is replaced by Ambrose.
Ryan Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 I believe Owens ended up blocking MJH on twitter. Such a heel. Fits his gimmick actually, though he likely legit meant it and was annoyed by her.
peterien Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 I think no matter who turns its gonna be a problem; Ambrose turns- the crowd doesnt accept it,Roman goes back to being shit on even more and hes back to square one. Ambrose gets lost in the mix and ends up in the multi man ladder at WM. Reigns (unlikely) turns- there's still no way they have Ambrose being the chaser going into WM season. Reigns becomes the Authoritys champ like The Rock was and we get a slow slow burn face turn that may not work. Although heel Reigns V face Lesnar at WM would be boss.
Ryan Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 My idea is best: All four turn and join together in the stupidest tweener faction in history as the new DX with Coulter leading them. 1

That angle could not happen. Either Paige would telling the truth that Flair "DID" take advantage of her- and that's a big enough bombshell to make a double-turn happen immediately, or Paige is lying about it, and the very nature of a heel lying about something like that would make the reaction to them bringing Reid Flair into the angle look positive. Either way, WWE would be opening up a can of worms they would be right to want no part of.
steve Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 The cameras were switching at just the right time to catch Cesaro calling a lot of spots.
nate Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 If only EC3 and ADR had the same charisma.Man, what the fuck did EC3 do to piss you off, for such a curse? Um... I kinda meant the inverse of that. ... that was the joke ...
nate Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 And, this week's proof that WWE staff read our forum: The limited role of Bronze Babyshoes on Raw, to diminish our pokes at his name. WWE doesn't like to see us fight, y'all!
PetrolCB Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 It's for the greater good. R.I.P Brodie Stinkpalm. 2
MORELOCK Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 MOVING ON, I loved the way the Ryback/Usos-New Day six-man was laid out, with Ryback finally just being like "fuck this shit" and going in to save his little buddy, drawing the DQ. Those kinds of finishes never happen anymore. Some quality heeling from New Day, Big E clowning on Ryback in particular.
RIPPA Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Oof Now there is this weird Twitter thing where Lana is yelling at Paige about how Paige "bullied" Lana in NXT (And of course Naylor jumped in to defend good friend Paige) I think I need to avoid social media today
Sublime Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Ugh I hope this doesn't get dragged out and end with Lana getting fired and Rusev getting McIntyred.
Raziel Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Well it didn't hit Bix's meltdown from last night yet, so its not that bad.
J.T. Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Cesaro / Reigns was great but the wrong guy went over. Never thought I'd be underwhelmed by a BoD reunion. David Flair tapped out of the business a long time ago and probably didn't want to be a worker in the first place and Paige uses Reid Flair as her example of a "quitter" to get under Charlotte's skin? Really? 1
