The Natural
I do see Loki snuffing it in Avengers: Infinity War.
J.T.
11 minutes ago, Craig H said: Pretty much that, exactly. What more does Loki have to fight for? I just see him making a bargain to hand over the Tesseract to Thanos in exchange for sparing his life and Thanos kills Loki anyway for failing him in the first place. I think it may go something more like Loki tries to use the Tessaract against Thanos (under the ruse of some sort of deal) only to unwittingly deliver it to the Mad Titan instead and ensure his own destruction.. IMO, It would be more fitting if Loki's hubris proved to be his undoing, even in the service of his brother and the surviving Asgardians.

You may see him, but it won't be played by Bruhl. Same way Weaving won't do Skull again.
Eivion
Its odd, but I always thought Weaving would have made a good Mephisto. I always thought Christopher Waltz should have been Red Skull.

If it means he accidentally glues a mask onto his face to explain the actor change, I'm all for it.

Dolfan in NYC
Kendrick Lamar is producing and procuring talent for the Black Panther soundtrack.
Casey
What @Dolfan in NYC meant was that Kendrick Lamar is producing and curating (and appearing on) the Black Panther soundtrack.

Disney got every black person in Hollywood to either work on nearly every aspect of this thing or be in the actual movie. Long live, King T'Challa. Make Africa Great Again! John from Cincinnati
All-time record for first 24 hours of ticket presales for a Marvel movie belongs to Black Panther. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/black-panther-sets-pre-sales-record-first-24-hours-1073563
Craig H
Holy shit. Like, how? I want to see Black Panther and all, but damn, I can name 5 other Marvel movies I wanted to see more than it.
Bustronaut
Hmmm, what could possibly be different about Black Panther that Craig isn't taking into account...?
Craig H
I've taken it into account just fine. Even with that factored in, it's still surprising that it would grab the all time record. It's great either way. The movie looks pretty cool and this all but guarantees more of that.
Casey
Variety is reporting that Jac Schaeffer (The Shower, TiMER, Mr. Stache, Nasty Women) has been brought on board by Marvel to start writing a script for a stand-alone Black Widow movie, with Scarlett Johansson returning as Natasha. The film hasn’t been greenlit by Marvel, though.... yet. I suppose they’ll look at the script once it’s done and go from there.

Casey
MCU Exchange says it would be a February 2020 movie (preproduction late this year, filming next year), and the plot/co-stars/setting would be in a post Avengers 4 world.
J.T.
Black Widow movie is long overdue. No idea what you'd do with her in a post IW storyline unless you put her up against the Zodiac, the Serpent Squad, or some other updated SHIELD antagonist from the 60's.
odessasteps
Could they set it in the past, Cold War 80s? Have they tinkered with her age in the movies? Infinity Formula, etc? Would that be too similar to Atomic Blonde?
The Natural
Like the idea of a film set in the past. Also like the present. I just want a long overdue Black Widow solo film.
