cool arrow Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 After watching the top 55 moves of Cedric Alexander on Youtube, I'll concede that "flippy" isn't an entirely accurate description. But that's more elegant than MOVEZ-y, I think. Incidentally, based on the aforementioned video, I think Cedric should've kept the blond mohawk. Made him look much more distinctive.
Curt McGirt Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Poor Cheeseburger is still jobbing, even in an online conversation about black guys in ROH.
Technico Support Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 You may be the first person to ever refer to Cedric Alexander as a flippy black guy. His offense consists of little to no flippy moves. Flippy black guy is my catch all term for homies working RoH not named Moose. But Moose does a goofy flip when he hits the spear!
Web Conn Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 I know the difference between ACH and Cedric Alexander and Caprice Coleman. I just wrote ACH in the moment cuz I wasnt relly paying attention to what I was typing. Now Moose and Cheeseburger those two brothas look alike. I cant tell them apart to save my life. 2
J.T. Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 I know the difference between ACH and Cedric Alexander and Caprice Coleman. There is just enough variation on the spinning back kicks they all throw for me to tell them apart.. 1
Technico Support Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Bring back Bill Watts to book ROH. His head would explode trying to figure out which of these dominant natural athletes to put the belt on first. 1
Web Conn Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Moose hands down. Moose would be a Bill Watts World Champion he played pro football for crying out loud. But he's African so IDK if that puts him in a different category then Ladd and Simmons or not.
J.T. Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 What Web Conn said. The only black guy in RoH that passes the Bill Watts World Champ Litmus test is Moose.
Technico Support Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Bill Watts want needs more information. Specifically, the shape of Moose's skull vs. Cedric's. 1
caley Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 I didnt watch most of this show as I was turning back between football but I watched Dalton vs ACH. It was a good match. Silas coming out and trying to steal Dalton boys was funny. It was actually Dalton-Cedric Alexander. I knew that my bad. I was just checking because I know I fell asleep during Kingdom-RedDragon but I was making sure I hadn't also fallen asleep through what be a fairly entertaining match (ACH-Castle) rather than the fairly meh (Castle-Alexander). Also, I can totally tell Caprice apart from those other guys because he has the too-awesome-for-him intro video with the guy rapping about him that he almost definitely paid for out of his own pocket, but is still awesome.
Nice Guy Eddie Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 I'd love to see Hulk Hogan locked in a small room with ACH, Caprice, and Cedric; then watch his head explode when he finds out all three are not Koko B. Ware.
Big Fresh Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Whatever happened to TaDarius Thomas? I enjoyed his short-lived team with ACH.
Dewar Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 He broke away from The Decade, and sorta vanished.
Nice Guy Eddie Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 He broke away from The Decade, and sorta vanished.which is odd because getting away from BJ Whitmer should be a boost for anybody...and that's coming from somebody that liked Whitmer & Jacobs, their feud, and Whitmer's part in the ROH/CZW feud
cool arrow Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 IIRC Thomas retired from wrestling and started training for MMA.
Web Conn Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 He's a clip from the Castle/Alexander match
Serious Darius Bagfelt Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 ...And to keep this sad joke going I got Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander confused. This doesn't say good things about us, gentlemen. I only used to mix them up because they teamed for so long. I would always say Caprice Alexander and Cedric Coleman. 1
Big Fresh Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 All-Star Extravaganza surprise spoiler: Soooooo fucking pumped that The All-Night Express is back! I can't explain why, but I've always had an unnatural love for those two as a team (probably more than their track record deserves). They just gel really well and I love their entrance. I'm gonna watch ROH on the weeks they have matches.
Big Fresh Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 They have a very strong tag division.... Seems they broke up Sydal & ACH which I was bummed about, but now I think they don't really need them.
Web Conn Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Just to keep the joke running ACH faces Coleman on this weekends programming. I think ROH is in on our joke. 1
Big Fresh Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 Christopher Daniels doesn't need to be wearing a singlet, he's still in good shape, it looks weird as fuck. So does his general entrance gimmick, for that matter.
cool arrow Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 Plenty of wrestlers in good shape have worn singlets (Curt Hennig leaps to mind).
Johnny Sorrow Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 Daniel's General outfit is fucking outstanding. 1
