What is this "Indiana is going to do something against Miami. Wait and see." shit all about..?  They haven't beaten the Heat the past two seasons what would make anyone believe this is the year? Indiana might smell a little better than the rest of the East but they are still trash.

Two years ago they had a 2-1 lead against a heavily favored Heat team. Last year they took it to 7 games and one of the Heat wins was a Lebron buzzer beater. This year they were the best team in the league before the all star break and they have home court advantage. Statistically they have had the best starting five in basketball by a pretty wide margin over that stretch. I don't think many people are saying they are going to destroy the Heat after the past few weeks, but certainly they are one of maybe three teams that has a punchers chance. I think at numerous points this season you could've made the case that Indiana got better and Miami got worse and the series last year was essentially even. Again, clearly Miami is playing better than them right now, but the reasoning is still there for some people.

The big question is, was giving OKC the ball on that out-of-bounds by Jackson a makeup for not calling what was a pretty clear foul on Jackson by Barnes? The refs can't add a foul after the fact after seeing the replay.

That was the craziest finish to a game I've ever seen.

They have gone court and haven't lost to Miami at home all year. Actually I think in 2 years.

?

Bad calls at the end, but that Chris Paul turnover was awful.  Once again he was anticipating a foul being called, and got himself in trouble by jumping in the air with no place to go.  Hilarious.  Also he got way too close to Westbrook on the three.

You can say whatever you want about the refs screwing the Clippers at the end of that game, but Chris Paul has basically committed a foul on every defensive possesion of the last two series, because he knows they won't foul him out in the first quarter.  He basically mugged Steph Curry the entire series and is now doing the same to Durant.  Westbrook seems to be immune to it, but don't make the mistake that any time the Thunder lose it will be his fault.

That doesn't account for the dozens of other times someone was fouled while the ball was knocked out of bounds, but the refs gave it to the fouling team anyway.  You can't call fouls in replays, you can only call who touched the ball last.  The refs said the replay was "inconclusive," when aside from one angle, it was anything but.  It had nothing to do with the interpretation of the rule shown above.

It was a botched call.  But that being said, Chris Paul doesn't lose his mind in the last 47 and it would have been a moot point.
