Nitro was super hot. Playstation was super hot. And then we got this bullshit. Which of Dante's circles of hell is reserved for game developers who lazily assumed wrestling games were just fighting games with more spandex and assigned awful button combos accordingly? 2 hours ago, Blue Dragon said: This show always has a special place in my heart despite being objectively bad and way too long, as it was the first PPV I saw live. I saw it on closed circuit at the Towson Center at Towson State University in 1988, so I would have been 13. Later in life, I went to college there, and it was funny running laps in phys ed in the same building where I watched Wrestlemania 4. Edited April 27, 2022 by Technico Support 5

I was never into that button combo stuff for wrestling games, so I switched to playing some other game after playing the Nitro demos. Jeff Jarrett was gonna be in the game but was axed. Ryan Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 He was in the 1995 BOSJ, so that's gotta be Wright. 1 1
Happ Hazzard Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 It always looked goofy when WCW would use Alex Wright as a cruiserweight, he absolutely towered over everyone else in the division.

Teflon Turtle Posted April 28, 2022 Posted April 28, 2022 I need more sleep. It took me 3 or 4 looks to realize that Pillman was holding a beer and did not, in fact, have his hand on Alex Wright's leg. I'm sitting here going "man, this image is cursed for all kinds of reasons." 3
The Natural Posted April 29, 2022 Author Posted April 29, 2022 (edited) Extreme Rules 2012 turns ten today. One of the best wrestling shows ever. John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar was one of the most unique matches ever blending pro-wrestling with MMA and John Cena taking a real beating. My 2012 MOTY and Card of the Year. Gave it *****. Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan was also great, Two out of Three Falls. One of my favourite match stipulations. CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho's Chicago Street Fight was better than their WrestleMania XXVIII match earlier that month too. Edited April 29, 2022 by The Natural
The Natural Posted April 29, 2022 Author Posted April 29, 2022 Mine: John Cena vs. Daniel Bryan. SummerSlam 2013.
For Great Justice Posted April 29, 2022 Posted April 29, 2022 Umaga, Danielson, Punk, Lesnar Extreme Rules, Michaels RAW is a pretty ridiculous top 5 4
Log Posted April 29, 2022 Posted April 29, 2022 Cena’s got to be the best bad wrestler of all time. Is there anyone who got called shitty as much as he did that has a list of great matches as long as his?
