Shartnado Posted August 23, 2020 Posted August 23, 2020 After McAfee's outstanding performance at Takeover XXX, Dominic has his work cut out for him, if he doesn't want to get totally shown up by that slimy jackass! I will be absolutely shocked if Dominic comes out of this weekend as the one having the best big show debut! Frankly, a week ago I would not have believed this for a second, despite my doubts about the match stipulation earlier on.
Dolfan in NYC Posted August 24, 2020 Author Posted August 24, 2020 That would have been a good moment for Otis to cash in... 2
The Natural Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Seth Rollins with WCW Halloween Havoc 1997 gear from the classic Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio match. 7
For Great Justice Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Welcome back Roman. Dug his tweener presentation and dude was doing some serious keto while he was out, Jesus. Solid but not blowaway show, as expected.
sabremike Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Leaving out the post match angle that was quite possibly the worst SummerSlam main event since the two Undertakers debacle from 1995.
Matt D Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 With COVID going on and WWE's lax policies, I'd feel a lot better about all of this if Roman was still wearing his flak jacket to keep him safe...
Niners Fan in CT Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Roman looks in great shape! Best I've seen him. Matches of the Night: Rollins/Dominic, Sasha/Asuka and Orton/McIntyre. In-ring everyone worked their asses off tonight. Booking was hit and miss. I don't mind the screens but they should have also kept the performance center people. 1
Spontaneous Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 McIntrye-Orton was definitely match of the night. Fake crowd noise was kind of grating after a while. So so show.

The Natural Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Sasha Banks has yet to defend successfully any of her five WWE RAW Women's Championships. That's shocking. Think she'll be the one to end Bayley's WWE Smackdown Women's Championship reign. Like Bayley to reach the one year mark first.

DJ Hero Morganti Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Roman was unexpected, Dolfan called Keith Lee's call up, and there was blood in 2 matches. I got my $9.99 worth from this weekends shows. (The Untold about Sasha and Bayley in brooklyn was good too)
elizium Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Loved Drew/Orton and Rose/Deville. I do wish that if Sonya really is leaving for awhile/permanently that she got a bit more of a send off. They forgot about her as soon as Otis hit the ring. Everything else was okay to forgettable. Women's title matches were a bit of a disappointment, but the apron bomb was definitely the moment of the PPV. Thank god Roman is back, let us never have Braun in the title scene again.
The Natural Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 (edited) A surprise return. Welcome back, Roman Reigns. Edited August 24, 2020 by The Natural

GuerrillaMonsoon Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Fake Undertaker got wronged. I mean he took 3 tombstones from the real Undertaker before losing. Then he vanishes from the coffin after the show. Then never showed up again.
Niners Fan in CT Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Is it a bad sign that we'd rather discuss Fake Undertaker than Fiend/Braun?
