It just sounds like a fascinatingly odd story with the description I was given that people believed this came from a real place.
Curt McGirt Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 Yeah, I read a great review of it last night on Roger Ebert's site from someone who knew the individual/s in question personally. Having come in cold on the story it was pretty fascinating indeed.
Curt McGirt Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 Jim Jarmusch is doing a Stooges documentary entitled Gimme Danger. Too bad the Asheton Bros. are already dead. This should have happened years ago. 2

Craig H Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 I see that the 13th documentary on Netflix will be the next one to make me incredibly angry. Meanwhile, avoid the Audrie and Daisy documentary unless you want your day ruined like you just watched the end of the Mist.

Ace Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 I wish Billy Zabka would've won when his doc was nominated.
Craig H Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 I'm always amazed to find things like that out. In any event, I may actually go out of my way to see that in the theater. By the way, does anyone know when the Tickled documentary is supposed to hit HBO? I know that before it was released, the guys from the Dollop podcast said it would land on HBO, but I haven't heard anything else since.
RIPPA Posted October 4, 2016 Author Posted October 4, 2016 If I am able to watch this, I am going to cry during the entire thing
Curt McGirt Posted October 5, 2016 Posted October 5, 2016 Well, here's two that will make you want to kick in your TV screen. 1

sydneybrown Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 Man vs. Snake is a pretty good companion-piece to King of Kong. It's actually a little sadder since everyone has actually HEARD of Donkey Kong, and these guys are battling over a game (Nibbler) that very few people know exists (and it seems like there is actual physical damage happening when they play.) It did feel more real than King of Kong. Billy Mitchell at least came off as three dimensional.
ChesterCopperpot Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 The sequel to one of the greatest series ever is coming later this month

One of the better in the genre.

WholeFnMachine Posted November 4, 2016 Posted November 4, 2016 If you have yet to see Audrie & Daisy, please do so, and prepare to be justifiably outraged the entire time.
