I'm going with Jay White to win the battle royal.

Great pick Ed but follow up question - does White/Starks become an International title program? Because I think it might be really interesting to have a series with those guys where you've got (for example) a match at Wembley in June, a match at Grand Slam in Sept, and then 1/4 at the Dome, depending how long they want to go with it and how well it's received. The angle Weds. made me think this is gonna go for a while - actually thinking 'out loud' here it's possible we don't even see Starks again until midway through summer. Maybe he makes the big return at Forbidden Door after White's first successful defense?

Why would an AEW feud between two AEW signed guys be on New Japan’s WrestleKingdom show?

All In Wembley is in August, too.

Ah, I kinda wasn't sure if they were still with NJPW or not since they're allowed to be 'Bullet Club' for whatever reason - I also totally meant to say Forbidden Door instead of Wembley but its not necessarily a great venue for that one anyway if, like you said, both arent signed there anymore, so it's a moot point anyway.

My failure to get basic facts correct aside, I still think a title trilogy might be the way to go with those guys if White wins here - I was thinking originally that BC would go after the tag titles, but I think where we may end up in time for Blood and Guts is that White and Juice will align with Adam Cole and Roderick Strong to wrestle The Elite there - so this is a nice stop in between. The question though, is what to do with Juice in the interim - OC?

Jamie Hayter's hurt so I can see her losing the AEW Women's World Championship to Toni Storm here and you then do the rubber match later on. Big blow to Hayter and AEW. The best AEW Women's World Champion ever. Be so sad if Hayter misses All In.

So Cole turns heel fairly quickly after feuding with Jericho? I’m still banking on Anarchy in the Arena being the match that leads to Blood and Guts (especially since the BCC seems like a lock to be in it again).

My thought of the day for the PPV upcoming, if Hayter is truly hurt and needs to drop the belt. Might as well have Storm beat her really quickly via cheating and then have Thunder Rosa come down and say it ain't going down like that, beating Storm, regaining the title she never truly lost.

They’re up over 10k now but they’re comping like crazy. There’s a restaurant at Tuscany Casino advertising free tickets if you purchase a burger and fries. On the jericho pod Rafael morffi said comped tickets have about a 40% usage rate. So they’d be somewhere around 9k in actual attendance, 8k paid.

Good point. I'm just s t i l l not used to babyface Cole/Strong just yet, they were still the top heels when I stopped watching NXT, and Cole had just finished up having those two great Hangman matches when he got hurt, so I really gotta re-wire my brain on that particular alignment

I'm sure many will point to the show having cooled a bit, but I think there's also something to be said for having exhausted the market having run it so much (not to mention the insane cost of everything, everywhere - I'm sure Vegas is no different, if not worse just due to the nature of, well, Vegas).

There has been zero indication Rosa is anywhere close to returning.

Well she showed up on Dynamite to show up at TK's office, this is operating under the assumption she's able to return. There's no indication she isn't able to return either.

Flights are way up this year. Plus the holiday weekend everything is more expensive. Typically to fly to Vegas from the Bay Area flights are $200. I’m going next month and my flight is $300. This holiday weekend it would be $400.

I prefer Cole as a heel. He seems more natural as one. Roddy I think works in either role. I actually prefer Kenny as a heel too, but obviously that’s not happening for awhile (if ever again in AEW).

She just did media recently suggesting she’s not close I thought. The interview where she told about having really depressing thoughts?

If she can’t return yet I say Hayter relinquishes it, and they have Britt go over Storm to keep that feud going (and run Britt vs Saraya at All In if Hayter isn’t back).
