WWE TV - 2/10 - 2/16/2025 - Jey Not Like Us...

They've got a former NFL player called Trill Williams, so the odds of this being anybody else is probably high. -
WWE TV - 10/7 - 10/13/2024 - I'm A Butch, I'm A Lover...

Honestly, pretty much every woman they debut looks pretty solid these days. The Breakout tournament, if they do one this year, should be loaded. Armstrong reminds me a little of Jaida Parker in that she doesn't do a ton of stuff, but what she does looks good (and adding moves is the easiest part of development). She also runs the ropes well, which is kind of rare for the NXT women... Unfortunately, her promo before her debut a few weeks ago was really bad, but hopefully that was just nerves. I would also reconsider the color of her gear, black on black doesn't really pop. -
If you want to see more there is a crazy comp someone put together recently and posted to Youtube. The best part is they've subtitled the promos and video packages and such (no subs on matches). (1) 1980s Joshi Set - Vol 1 - YouTube Unfortunately some of the (18) parts have been removed on YT but they can be found here: Kadaveri Joshi's Videos | VK

Unless he has a MASSIVE pick up in production he isn't getting within a mile of the combine. People don't seem to realize what a small percentage of college football players are there. Looking at this years combine there were 321 players invited, 39 wide receivers. Do you think a guy with 4 career receptions is getting in? To be fair, 3 of those receptions are this year, and schools have their own "mini combines" for players not invited to the combine. Still, at this point I very much doubt he is an NFL prospect. -

I remember reading DK's book back in the day and coming out thinking it was probably good for the local hooker population that he ended up in a wheelchair. When you want to start the book with a fond childhood memory and what you come up with is the time you slaughtered a goat, that is a bit of a red flag (besides all the other troubling stuff). -
With all the talent headed in (Giulia, Vaquer, DELTA, probaby Jordynne Grace), and Roxy probably headed to the main roster in the not too distant future, there's no reason to hold off on Thea vs Roxy. Jakara is a mystery. She has the look and personality in spades, and I think she looks good most of the time in matches, but she gets so little ring time, less than the greenest of rookies.

Fair enough on the breakout tournament, forgot about that, but no matter how often someone's been on Fridays, they'll always call it an NXT debut when someone first appears on Tuesdays. -

NXT's Josh Briggs and former Olympian Tavion Heights will be competing in Noah's N1 Victory tournament. Briggs is solid while Heights has just debuted on TV. -

AEW's tag division really fell apart when they introduced the trios belts. Part of it was coincidental with people suffering injuries, but I think without the Bucks pushing it internally (since they weren't in it anymore) TK lost interest. -

Not really. Tag team wrestling is really struggling in both companies right now. -
That's not really a good example though as Buddy Wayne was Bryan's trainer and he's presumably known Nick his whole life.

I think Wembley for Summerslam '25 is more likely. -

According to Meltzer, seems they got their wish. Other than it being a dick move to not let him do the Olympic qualifiers if they were going to release him anyway, no notes. And if you didn't know, apparently he raped a drunk girl at a party and got away with it because of a loophole in Minnesota state laws at the time. To quote: "a person who is sexually assaulted while intoxicated isn't considered "mentally incapacitated" if he or she consumed alcohol or drugs voluntarily". That has since been changed.
