Yeah, Okada was #1 in 2017. Just so you know, the timeline is July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018. I’ll add that to my post. 1

I don’t see any argument that AJ had a better run than Okada in that timespan, in terms of kayfabe and actual quality. Okada had better matches, bigger matches, and was more successful in kayfabe. 1
RIPPA Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 I pulled this to make its own thread mainly because the August thread will be locked soon enough. Enough people also like to find some humor in them
RIPPA Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 However - Fuck PWI They did our boy @Marty Sugar dirty again 2 1
Hail Sabin Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 Going by the list if Brock worked over 10 matches in the timeframe he would have been #1 according to their logic.

Goodear Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 He's the worst 'best wrestler in the world' certainly. 1

evilwaldo Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 I miss the good old days when we would argue over spots 280, 283, and 286 in the DVDVR 500. 2
ScriptedFemales Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 I don't think Braun would be in my personal 100. He is so stale for me, I am over him flipping things and roaring and doing multiple slams. Personal top 25 Kenny Omega Tetsuya Naito Kazuchika Okada Matt Jackson Nick Jackson Cody Seth Rollins Kevin Owens Tomohiro Ishii Minoru Suzuki Chris Jericho Marty Scurll Hiromu Takahashi Sami Zayn Toru Yano Joey Ryan Walter PCO Hangman Paige Johnny Gargano Filthy Tom Lawlor Matt Riddle Elias Andrede Cien Almas Tomasso Ciampa 2 1

Nice Guy Eddie Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 I'm curious to know who #500 was, but can't find it anywhere.

Ryan Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 My personal #1 is Yoshiaki Fujiwara. Would you dare pick against him if he was in the room? 3

mattdangerously Posted August 30, 2018 Posted August 30, 2018 #500 is Puf. Gino is the son of the luchador El Sanguinario/King Lion. 1
Ace Posted August 30, 2018 Posted August 30, 2018 Note that almost all the guys on that page are east coast guys as usual for PWI.
Ryan Posted August 30, 2018 Posted August 30, 2018 Unless you're around LA, there's just more wrestling in the NE and SE due to population centers. I'm sure there's a thriving scene in Montana we know nothing about.
