Brian Fowler
There it went. Pistons get a short run, cut the lead to none, get another stop, wide open three in transition. Brick. Warriors rip off 8 straight to go up by seventeen.
Brian Fowler
Pistons get back within four. Golden State keeps almost running them out of the gym, then Detroit keeps almost getting all the way back.
Brian Fowler
Four point after three. Reggie Jackson is somehow doing enough to at least slow Curry on one end and be the number one option on the other. I'm just hoping he doesn't run out of gas down the stretch. goodhelmet
Man, gotta give Detroit props for playing like beasts early on. With that said.... Kawhi Leonard is quietly taking over. After a close three quarters, Spurs blow it wide open in the 4th to take down the poor Kings.
Brian Fowler
Another fucking Warriors run. Usually watching them do this is fun, but tonight... Grr.

Brian Fowler
At any rate, Jackson looks to be playing on one leg. And now he can't even run. I think this last big GSW run is one too many.

AlfredoE
SportsCenter @SportsCenter Andre Drummond is the first player with 135 points and 135 rebounds through 7 games since Wilt Chamberlain in 1970. That's very impressive! When does he hit free agency, so we can steal him from the Pistons? (kidding Brian!)
Dolfan in NYC
TRADE! MIAMI finally rids itself of, er, trades Mario Chalmers & James Ennis MEMPHIS trades WHO CARES!!! MARIO IS GONE!!! WHOO!!!! (Beno Udrih & Jarnell Stokes)
Zimbra
Uhh, that's 2-time WORLD CHAMPION Mario Chalmers to us plebes. Kings are apparently already unhappy with George Karl and Vivek wants to make a change. Just in case you were worried that they got their shit together. Josh Mann
Ain't no lie, it's bye bye bye. And Beno can play. I love this trade as Wade insurance.

That's very impressive! When does he hit free agency, so we can steal him from the Pistons? (kidding Brian!) Widely expected he'll sign an extension this summer. Rumors and accusations abound that he agreed to terms already but it's waiting to sign until after the free agent push next summer, giving Detroit more flexibility. But, yeah, he's playing at an absurd, legendary clip right now. It's not sustainable, but if he's 80% of this guy for the long haul, then he's a future hall of famer. Cole Miner
Kings are apparently already unhappy with George Karl and Vivek wants to make a change. Just in case you were worried that they got their shit together. They've had a really brutal schedule. Clippers twice, Golden State, Houston and San Antonio already. They also played Memphis and Phoenix without Cousins. Hard to blame Karl for not doing well with that schedule. That said I don't think he's a good fit for the team. If they could talk someone like Thibodeau into talking over it would make sense. Cousins, Koufos and WCS is one hell of a starting point for a defensive minded coach. McLemore is a pretty solid defender too and Karl is turning him into something that needs salvaged before it is too late. I liked the Kings as an 8th seed contender right up to the point I watched them in the preseason and realized they are going to be using Cousins on the perimeter. Negating the potential benefit Rondo could have had on Cousins main flaws.

Brian Fowler
Random NBA fact that might not interest anyone else: three teams in NBA history have finished with a 64-18 record. They have a three way tie for the 21st best record in NBA history. They also combined for zero titles. If you hit the end of the season at 63 wins, throw the last game! Zimbra
They looked so close to turning it around when the Maloofs sold the team, but just cannot escape being a goddamned calamity every year.

Zimbra
Jesus Christ, I'm not sure the Kings have ever Kingsed this hard. The highlights: -Boogie cursing out Karl in front of the entire team -Boogie feeling bad and asking teammates if that was over the line -Vlade Divac asking the team if they should fire Karl -Ranadive's embarasing boner for John Calipari
