Today really underscored how much Bama needed that Tyler Van Dyke deal to come through 😅

So far the quarterback question at Alabama looks major, and still iffy at Ohio.

Georgia gotta wait until they play somebody with a pulse to really judge.

The only prescription for what ails me is watching Cal drag Auburn to Hell at midnight central time.

On that basic topic, it's too early in the season to really put a lot of stock in this, but the SEC is really struggling against other power five schools so far this year.

“SEC is over” is definitely gonna be a narrative coming out of this week.

Looks like MichiganState found their “get out of a $100 million contract free” card.

Holy shit if Tuck really fucked this up... he was either going to keep his job for years or get paid to not show up for years and the only way out of it was him being stupid. Damn.

Yeah. Which is premature but also looks at least plausible. Of course, somebody else has to win the national title before it really matters.

Brian Ferentz watch: currently they are averaging 22 ppg, three off the pace required by his contract (and that's with the defense giving them a pick six today. Without that, and they would be averaging 18.5.)

This is my favorite stupid subplot to a season in years.

Stealing from Barnwell

"From 2018-22, NCAA teams who turned the ball over four times and failed to record 15 first downs in a game went 1-65."

Auburn became win #2 (had 4 turnovers and only 12 first downs)

In a mixed emotions (for me) game

James Madison rallied late to beat UVA 36-35 in UVAs first home game since last year's shooting tragedy

Mike Hollins - one of the two people who survived the shootings - scored twice

And as the details on the Tucker situation start coming out, it looks worse and worse. Easily debunked statements to the investigator, an apparent bald faced lie about ESPN and his alleged victim...

Tuck is going.
