Pete Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Does this mean Oderus is a mark for actually going through with the stips of the match? No, it means HE RESPECTS THE BUSINESS. See Hart, Playboy Gary. 3
CanadianChris Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Only took him 4 years to live up to stipulations. Was he finishing out his already scheduled bookings?
BEN! Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 I like how Tommy Rogers put his initials on his half-shirt. That's how you keep The Missing Link from wearing it. "Wooo, class of '99! We did it, bros. We finally graduated from wrestling school. Let's hit the kegger over at the Phi Delta Slam house to celebrate!"
Playa Shunna Ver 3.0 Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Brodus must be so happy they put him in that shitty movie. It's the only thing standing between him and a release. If OVW was still around they would have sent his fat ass back there to drop some weight. 1
cool arrow Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Why can't they send his fat ass back to NXT to drop some weight?
Playa Shunna Ver 3.0 Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Why can't they send his fat ass back to NXT to drop some weight? Because NXT is on the Network and has more than 12 of Jim Cornette's friends watching each week. OVW was just low rent enough that they could send an embarrassing looking superstar there, get him on the gas, and bring him back 6-12 months later without anyone noticing.

Believe me, no one is really watching NXT either.

cool arrow Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Speaking of NXT, don't they have someone in developmental called Gotch Gracie? Or was that some sort of hallucination on my part?
Casey Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 I didn't know Mr. Hughes was in NXT! (Simon Gotch is who you're thinking of) 1

He's already back in NXT doing house shows and was at the last tapings.

Believe me, no one is really watching NXT either. You must not be seeing the NXT thread every week. There's at least 10 of us watching now that its on the Network. 3
cool arrow Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 I didn't know Mr. Hughes was in NXT! (Simon Gotch is who you're thinking of) Yeah, that's the one. The old-timey weightlifter-looking guy. Has he been on TV yet?
Casey Posted March 24, 2014 Posted March 24, 2014 Ryan Drago was repackaged as Simon Gotch when he was signed to a developmental deal. Aiden English has always been Aiden English, going all the way back to FCW.
