RIPPA Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Just because you are vaccinated doesn't mean you can't get COVID (This isn't directed at anyone just the general irritation with the media - though ESPN is especially lazy with it - that they always seem shocked when someone who is vaccinated tests positive) 1

Everything I've seen or read, makes me pretty sure it has to do with a good handful of players/coaches/trainers who are unvaccinated and engage in lots of high risk behavior. When they test positive, they'll expose the vaccinated person to the virus repeatedly, due to the nature of the job. Then it's just the roll of a dice. Mind you, that's a 100+ sided die as opposed to a 8 sided die (yup, mazel everyone, 1 in 8 Americans has had Covid at this point). Sooner or later, you'll roll the wrong number, and that's that. That being said, breakthrough cases are by and large: a) very, very much not as bad as regular, and b) still extremely rare. 1
RIPPA Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Quote Raheem Mostert also got hurt but Kyle Shanahan said he was told by doctor's that it isn't Mostert's ACL (they will know more after an MRI today) Well this escalated quickly - Mostert announced on social media that he is out for the season as he is having knee surgery 1

Brian Fowler Posted September 15, 2021 Posted September 15, 2021 The Vikings, btw, are in first place in the North because they lost to an AFC team while the rest of the division lost conference games. 1

RIPPA Posted September 16, 2021 Posted September 16, 2021 Raiders have also lost Gerald McCoy for the season due to a knee injury
dogwelder Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 Yup, Daniel Jones is gonna go 5-0 against WFT tonight
hammerva Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 If Daniel Jones can only play Washington for his entire career they would start building his Canton bust right now
piranesi Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 Good for them for not showing the injury replay. Of course, as soon as they said that I rewound on the DVR and watched in slo mo and...holy shit don't watch that!
NoFistsJustFlips Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 That early roughing the passer call (while I understand the landing with weight rule) was still pretty ticky tacky. But I feel no remorse as they immediately gave them a make up no call when Jones took a suplex city german on the last drive and... nothing.
hammerva Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 (edited) Jesus there wasn't a defender in the same county as him and not even close to catching that And now the Giants are completely melting down. Again Edited September 17, 2021 by hammerva
hammerva Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 (edited) That was the most Washington type play possible. This game was over. Both teams deserve to lose this one Edited September 17, 2021 by hammerva
