Tabe Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 So Detroit holds Connor McDavid to zero attempted shots and still manage to lose 2-1. The lack of offensive urgency is tough to take. Guys refuse to take shots and just don't put forth enough effort. Unbelievable to say but the team misses Thomas Vanek, who was lights out before getting hurt. He made a world of difference.
Robert Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 December 3rd - Leafs vs Canucks rematch. Canucks openly saying at least two Leafs players "are dead men" & vow revenge after a big hit on their star player. I dunno about you guys but this reminds me of something most Vancouver fans would probably rather forget... 2
elizium Posted November 9, 2016 Posted November 9, 2016 Get the fuck out, Auston Matthews, its Patrik Goddamn Laine.
RIPPA Posted November 9, 2016 Posted November 9, 2016 The Rangers aren't swell I'm not swell The country's not swell 1
sabremike Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 I'd like to direct a question to Tim Murray: we've been complete and utter dogshit for the past 5 seasons. This means that we have had prime draft positions for the past 5 offseasons. So my question: after 5 years where the hell is any NHL level talent not named Jack Eichel or Sam Reinhart?
RIPPA Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 I'm gonna have to bust out the Rollin clips soon
RIPPA Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 I should find that tweet from the other day that showed the amount of ice time Vancouver had this season 5 on 5 with the lead (it isn't good) Poor poor terrible Canucks
Jiji Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 This is a good thing. Now to sell off the veterans. And not trade for Evander Kane.
Death From Above Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 The Sedins are grown ass men in their late 30's and possibly still unwilling to play for separate clubs. Fuck them.

Jiji Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 They've earned the right though, plus they work better together than apart.
Buy Me a Burrito Posted November 19, 2016 Posted November 19, 2016 Hurricanes with three straight over last year's President's Trophy winners, Stanley Cup runners up and the team with the best record so far this year. Who cares if this isn't sustainable, it's fun watching the team play solid hockey. 1
Charlie M. Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 Can someone explain Columbus to me? How are they doing so well? Is it just Bob?

Buy Me a Burrito Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 The fucking Hurricanes, man! Jesus, it may be boring hockey, but as a long-suffering fan it certainly is nice to see the, playing so confidently. I think that it could come to a halt on Thursday in Montreal, but man what a fun stretch of hockey this has been. 1

It's actually to his credit that he was humble enough to know he had to change.
Dolfan in NYC Posted November 24, 2016 Author Posted November 24, 2016 Welcome the Las Vegas Golden Knights They're just the "Knights" by 2022, I'll guarantee it.
elizium Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 It's just "Vegas Golden Knights" because the owner though Las Vegas Golden Knights was too long. Because that is the word you drop. Name and logo are super uninspired. The logo would be alright as a shoulder crest, but otherwise looks like clip art.
odessasteps Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 People are already just calling them Knights.
