J.T.
Civil War starts next weekend so I still have time. Sooo.many blockbusters that will make lots of money but will get crap reviews and a kid movie that may underperform to mess with my ballot.

_MJ_
It's been bit rough with personal family health issues recently (so far 2016 has been a shit year, imo), so I'm not sure if I'll have time to do an entrant this year with my usual - "I'm spend way too long on this movie list" - research method. I'm always up for talking box office and reviews though. The box office race is quite interesting this year as there are a fair amount of previously high earning franchises in the race. Where do you rank the Independence Day sequel when the last one was so long ago? Do you think it has any type of Jurassic World nostalgia potential, or does it bomb without Will Smith's charisma? Fun. Shout out to RIPPA and everyone else donating prizes to the game too. Cool move. I would play now even without them, but it still a nice incentive. S.K.o.S.
J.T., The Purge sequel is not one of the 20 movies in the first post, so you gotta take those off your lists and put some other movie in. Will send a PM as well to make sure you're aware.

S.K.o.S.
Could've been worse. I'm reminded of the year that someone put The Incredibles 2 on one of their lists and I was thinking "Not only did I not mention that movie, it doesn't even exist!" Took me a bit to figure out that they meant The Expendables 2.
Leonidas
Box Office: Independence Day: Resurgence (Jun 24) Captain America: Civil War (May 6) Suicide Squad (Aug 5) X-Men: Apocalypse (May 27) Ghostbusters (Jul 15) Star Trek Beyond (Jul 22) Warcraft (Jun 10) Ice Age: Collision Course (Jul 22) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows (Jun 3) Finding Dory (Jun 17) The BFG (Jul 1) The Angry Birds Movie (May 20) Alice Through The Looking Glass (May 27) Jason Bourne (Jul 29) The Conjuring 2 (Jun 10) My thinking was that ID:R comes out at the perfect time and has that big blockbuster feel and mind numbing special effects that a traditional summer hit always has. Maybe Cap is coming out a tad too early to capitalise on that. Suicide Squad comes out a full 3 months after any other superhero movie and as we saw with Deadpool more mature rated comic movies have the potential to do well, I think this could be the sleeper of the year. It's going to be heavily marketed during the busiest time of the year for movies. I think X-Men comes out too close to Cap to do well. Ghostbusters is going to make a sickening amount of money the first week, then drop off a cliff, same with TMNT and Alice and Conjuring. RT: Captain America: Civil War (May 6) X-Men: Apocalypse (May 27) The BFG (Jul 1) Finding Dory (Jun 17) Suicide Squad (Aug 5) Ice Age: Collision Course (Jul 22) Star Trek Beyond (Jul 22) Independence Day: Resurgence (Jun 24) Jason Bourne (Jul 29) Warcraft (Jun 10) Ghostbusters (Jul 15) The Conjuring 2 (Jun 10) The Angry Birds Movie (May 20) Alice Through The Looking Glass (May 27) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows (Jun 3) With this, everyone seems to splurge over Marvel films and it does look enjoyable so I can see Cap being over 90 easily. X-men pre-sequels have been traditionally rated higher than most comic movies. BFG is the sleeper here as it's another Spielberg adaptation of a childhood memory of mine and a lot of other people. Tintin was ungodly amazing, I expect this to be of the same ilk. The last 5 movies will all be terrible and deserve to be where they are on the list. Tiebreaker: Suicide Squad - 365,000,000.
