Brian Fowler
Hm.. I honestly don't know how too feel about this deal for Detroit. Of course, I kept hoping for a Monroe/Knight/whatever for Rondo deal...
mco543
It isn't so much just the Jennings deal, although I hate him as a player, but also combining him with Josh Smith. I don't know. It just seems like a bad, bad, bad idea.

Brian Fowler
He's a really good low post scorer, and a decent rebounder, but he's a terrible team defender, can't help on pick and rolls at all, and it's really hard to see where they get spacing with him, Drummond, and Smith on the court, whereas Andre and Smith could be a scary athletic big man duo. Assuming Drummond improves on his unfuckingbelievably bad free-throw shooting. Plus... I mean, Rondo.

Gonzalez
It's been rumored that Oden has been sighted in miami, and when asked if he would sign with Miami, he looked back at the reporter and gave a wink.
mco543
Greg Oden is indeed bringing his frail, fragile, and badly damaged talents to South Beach for next season. God if he can stay remotely healthy this could be a huge signing. Granted, that's a huge "if" but I'm cautiously optimistic.
Burgundy LaRue
It's a matter of watching his minutes during the regular season. If he can give Miami 15 minutes of banging against Hibbert and Noah in the playoffs, it works.

Brian Fowler
I'm a fairly big Howard apologist (as a player) but "Becomes the most dominant center of all-time" is the most far-fetched idea ever.
RandomAct
But one that he'd likely believe.
JRGoldman
My favorite part is when they show Rick Carlisle and it says "embracing new ideas" and then immediately cuts to Dwight seemingly shooting a jumper. I am pretty positive that none of Rick's new ideas would have involved Dwight shooting from more than five feet away.

AlfredoE
That Mavs video was great. Laughed a bit at the end of the video were it mentions being a Mav doesn't just end in the Hall Of Fame, but global domination.

Brian Fowler
I'm fairly certain one of the commentary lines in the background was about Howard hitting a three. The fact that it wasn't the most implausible part of the video...
RandomAct
I need RandomAct to admit that he made this video during a drunken fit. I can't be proud of everything I've done in life lol I'm still surprised that "Global domination" didn't work on Dwight.
The Comedian
I'm a fairly big Howard apologist (as a player) but "Becomes the most dominant center of all-time" is the most far-fetched idea ever. Yeah maybe they coulda shot for a bit more realism here, like "Becomes possibly the most dominant center in Dallas history although you could still make an argument for James Donaldson"
