Big Fresh Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 My parents are 14 years apart. Well there you go. I'm gonna go pick out a ring tomorrow. 1
piranesi Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 It's not worth spending thanksgivings with Mick Foley. I can't even get through a Legeds of Wrestling panel with him and I've got a mute button.
Niners Fan in CT Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 We can have Thanksgiving over the Kaitlyn's (still waiting on that annulment!)
The Outsider Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Anyone else having delays with their feed? I'm one match behind the main.
piranesi Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Keeps freezing and I have to start it again or hit the "live" button. Now it's switched to low quality. Of course my wife is also streaming ENDEAVOR. Goddamn effete British detectives all up in my junk again.
The Outsider Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 I gave up on hitting the live button and refreshing. At least I get to laugh with fandango
Big Fresh Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Well, show's over, but since some of you are behind, I'll spoiler tag this: Orton with a goddamn gusher!
piranesi Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Fat Guy on Youtube smashing one of his toys in 5....4....3...
cubbymark Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 I just got home from a birthday party for my mom. I hit "Watch from the beginning" and the main event was just spoiled for me as I caught the moment the winner grabbed the belts.
The Nature Boy Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Well, show's over, but since some of you are behind, I'll spoiler tag this: Orton with a goddamn gusher! I can't help but be deflated by Cena winning though.
Big Fresh Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Guess the SummerSlam poster was legit. My highlight was Cesaro hanging into the belts with ONE ARM while punching Sheamus with the other arm. 4
SirSmUgly Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 What I really enjoyed about this show is that so many guys were up to killing themselves for my entertainment, notably Rollins, Harper, and Big E. I am convinced that Harper and Ambrose are locks to be stars. The Usos, Big E, and Rusev all had the best matches that I have ever seen in my life. Naomi is a fantastic athlete. I don't typically enjoy these multi-man spotfests as much as others, but the first match had a ton of cool spots and some serious drama. At one point, it looked like Kofi and Ziggler both might legit win. In the second one, there was less laying around and there were actually like six guys at one time struggling in and around the ladder, which was nice. What I didn't enjoy as much is, and somebody said this before, that if this were EWR, the "Kane was overused on the last show and the fans started to get sick of him" message would have popped up for the umpteenth time this year. I like Cena, and even I am underwhelmed at him winning, but we'll see where this goes. At least good matches will come out of it as usual with Cena. This show was mostly very cool though, as usual with WWE PPVs.
MGFanJay Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 The divas title, tag title, and MITB case matches were worth watching. Main event ladder match wasn't much, sadly. Cena is losing the hair on the back of his head, but HE GAINED THE WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE! HE OVERCAME THE ODDS! http://jayreviewsthings.blogspot.com/2014/06/wwe-mitb-2014.html Screens - http://www.imagebam.com/gallery/n82wfbfxyifrwlt3kodq7xn5xu8za9hx
The Nature Boy Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 With the way that match was unfolding, I honestly thought that the finish would be Kane saying "fuck it" and going for the gold himself. Cena winning is literally the LEAST interesting thing that could've happened. 1
piranesi Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Harper/Rowan's music is getting worse by like the hour. They're musically Benjamen Buttoning.By tomorrow night they'll be entering to Daughtry. And by Smackdown it will just be the Barney song played on kazoos. 8
Cristobal Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Why did Orton go under the ring for that one ladder? I mean, the ring was literally surrounded by ladders. What was special about that one? It didn't look gimmicked in any way.
The Man Known as Dan Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 That main event was so poorly structured, that the only guys who were noticeable were Orton and Kane's story I don't give a shit about. When Bray Wyatt feels like "just a guy" you fucked something up. 2
