sabremike
But isn't the fitting way for this series to end being the Pacers losing a game 7 at home?

sabremike
Nets are handing out shirts tomorrow. Unless they are glow in the dark I don't see the point as everyone is in the dark at Barclays. I'm not complaining because a free shirt is a free shirt. I just want the fans to create a great atmosphere like the Toronto fans have. Brooklyn hasn't even come close in that department. Josh Mann
Is there a class at Duke called Advanced Petulance After Being Called For A Block You Thought Was A Charge? If so, Redick definitely took it.
DougN
When's the last time a whole conference went to seven in the first round? It had to have happened at some point.
goodhelmet
I don't think it ever has, especially since the first round used to be Best of 5.
DougN
Actually read somewhere that this will be the most Game 7s in a Playoff ever....and we aren't even out of the first round.

Charlie M.
We just had Triple Game 7 Day in the NHL and now the NBA? SPORTS SPORTS SPORTS SPORTS! There's a chance there could be another 3 on Sunday too. I think there will be two (Houston/Portland and Toronto/Brooklyn).

Kuetsar
http://espn.go.com/nba/playoffs/2014/story/_/id/10871164/indiana-pacers-coach-frank-vogel-expect-discipline-scuffle-game-6 Apparently Paul George stepped on the court during the fight, albeit briefly. We shall see if he gets suspended, but he ought to be. They have altered series before with this rule, and should now as well.
LooseCannon
Stu Jackson tweeted that he thought George did not leave the vicinity of the bench and that he thinks Rasual Butler will get a suspension, but not George. It's pretty reasonable to rule that the "vicinity of the bench" includes a couple of steps away from the bench and doesn't end where the court begins. If it does end there, there's a screencap going around which suggests that some Hawks may have stepped over the line.

_MJ_
In a surprising twist, Z-Bo is the one suspended for Game 7. Sigh. Paul George goes scot-free. Also, Sterling regrets not paying his "girlfriend" off. Yes, that's the main lesson to learn here. Edited May 2, 2014 by _MJ_

sabremike
Where's the Brooklyn crowd? They just sang the anthems and it looks 70% empty. At the game. Short answer is the Nets fans fucking suck. Still lots of empties 7 minutes in.
