Thomas Bugg
Because I just can't be the only guy in here that has these themes that we all grew up hearing from our televisions on the weekends or whatever as ringtones! So what are your favorites and why? This one right here just strikes me as one of those themes from a cop show in the 70's. And as a kid I was never a fan of the WWF, but this theme kicked ass and still does today.
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin
I started watching wrestling in 2005, so that's the Intro back then. It's not exactly a "theme" but It still gives me chills to this day
Nice Guy Eddie
I love the Prime Time Wrestling theme. We can't talk great opening themes without this:

thee Reverend Axl Future
My fave is still that WCCW theme (see above). Always wanted to see an indy guy get all meta and do a man-out-of-time Adkisson gimmick, still thinking it's 1982 and Papa Fritz is bullying everyone on the NWA Board of Directors. That would be the entrance music. - RAF
MADCAP
Still the measuring stick of all intros: "Sanctioned by the NWA...THE NATIONAL WRESTLING ALLIANCE!!!" It was like Pavlov's bell at 6:05.

Justin877
I had the WCCW theme as my ringtone for the longest time. I like the pomp and circumstance it brought to every telemarketer calling me
Technico Support
The Wrestling Challenge theme that @Joel Martin posted is exactly what came to mind when I read the thread title. Vince fucking loved him some saxophones back in the day. Man, the ECW open @PetrolCB posted took me right back. I remember, when I was in college, some syndicated network ran various wrestling shows at 11 at night and ECW was one of them. it blew my fucking mind. This one takes me back, too:

Pete
This does't seem to be online anymore but Montreal had an awesome theme back in the late early 70s. Really tense and exciting, like something out of a cop show.

Technico Support
@cwoy2j is psychic. I was JUST thinking, "didn't SNME used to end with 'Take Me Home' by Phil Collins?"
