RIPPA Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 I literally should hate everything about this 24kGoldn (with iann dior) - Mood
Ace Posted February 28, 2021 Posted February 28, 2021 I dunno how many people remember the 90's power pop band Jellyfish, but 3 former members of the band have reunited as The Lickerish Quartet and have put out a couple EPs the past few months.
Ace Posted December 14, 2021 Posted December 14, 2021 Years ago, my bathroom at my old house was being rebuilt. The guy rebuilding it had the radio on that would play the same Bruno Mars song ("Millionaire") 4-5 times a day, making sure to make me sick of it. Last month Bruno Mars put out an album with Anderson .Paak, and now I can't get enough of it.

J.H. Posted June 5, 2022 Posted June 5, 2022 I'm really happy that Kate Bush is having a resurgence, don't care how it came bout. But it does remind me of my favorite Kate Bush song... James 1
odessasteps Posted June 6, 2022 Posted June 6, 2022 When I saw the headlines I was expecting the song to be Baboshka, since the show has had seasons.around Russia.
Jamal Posted August 2, 2022 Posted August 2, 2022 (edited) With Renaissance, Beyonce made the blackest, gayest dance album in years and I live. Edited August 2, 2022 by Jamal
Curt McGirt Posted June 7 Posted June 7 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xgq_dZSXyIE This band was on Colbert last night and the shit is gonna be huge. For some reason I actually like it. The name is pronounced Hoser like the Canadian term from the McKenzie Brothers; apparently they couldn't pick ANYTHING better.

Hozier got big with "Take Me To Church". Think that was a few years ago.
Curt McGirt Posted June 7 Posted June 7 Fuck, you think I pay attention to pop music? If that wasnt on Colbert I wouldn't know.

Curt McGirt Posted June 8 Posted June 8 Jesus, that was in 2014, I am REALLY out of the loop... I mean, they were on the Tonight Show host prior to Colbert with that song.
zendragon Posted July 12 Posted July 12 Weirdly Hozier kinda reminds me of Bobby Leibling of Pentagram https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3Kp_pUC4bQ
Curt McGirt Posted July 14 Posted July 14 Bobby has gotten YET ANOTHER lineup of the 'gram together. You'd think people would have learned by now. Or he would be dead. *shrug* 1
zendragon Posted July 14 Posted July 14 I once saw a version of Pentagram with Victor singing and playing guitar cause Bobby was in jail so this will be interesting 1
Shartnado Posted August 31 Posted August 31 Early this month I was at a "back to the '80's" night with my wife, my sister, my sister's fiance and my cousin. The main event was a gig by Italo Disco star Den Harrow. The dude was very jacked for 62, and despite lip synch, it was still very entertaining. Afterwards we read some stuff on Wikipedia about this guy always just being the face of this project and never sang for real. That was a bit of a bummer, but I regret nothing! It was great to see him "perform"! 1
