The Nature Boy
This is probably the most informative interview in the history of professional wrestling.
JCM
Podcasts about WWE are way more entertaining than the actual WWE.
evilwaldo
Vince is coming off as an amazing man in this podcast.  I respect him a lot but wow this is fantastic. People will change their perceptions of Vince after this interview.
hammerva
This is probably the most informative interview in the history of professional wrestling. Â In order for this to be "informative" it means that Vince is giving us facts. Â We really don't know how much this is bullshit
Big Fresh
This is probably the most informative interview in the history of professional wrestling. In order for this to be "informative" it means that Vince is giving us facts. We really don't know how much this is bullshit I don't care. BS or not, it's all fantastic. I've often said, "Vince is the craziest man on Earth in both the best and worst ways possible".
The Nature Boy
 This is probably the most informative interview in the history of professional wrestling.  In order for this to be "informative" it means that Vince is giving us facts.  We really don't know how much this is bullshit   Just being able to get insight into how Vince thinks is informative. This is the first real indepth interview about wrestling that we've gotten from him.
hammerva
Oh I didn't say this wasn't interesting. Â Hell it is like RAW didn't happen for me because this has been so awesome
HumanChessgame
Vince seems to be rapidly vacillating between being incredibly candid and just giving sanitized corporate-speak responses. Â This is a lot better and more in-depth than I thought it would be, but it's really hard to tell how honest he's actually being.
The Nature Boy
Vince has an interesting self-image.
Big Fresh
Steve using a hand motion to communicate, "Shut the fuck up, Vince, and answer the question about me and you!" was great.
piranesi
This part where Vince is ignoring the Stone Cold feud to talk about his childhood is pretty informative. I never realized he saw himself as the Stone Cold Character.  I really get a sense that he doesn't give a damn about money, just about showing the world. That's why he takes those crazy risks that people can't understand. Everyone sees him laying all that money on the line, but that's not what's on the line for him. That's just overhead to get to play the "Fuck you, I'm better than you think I am" game.
Matt D
It's way too topical in the face of things like the awesome Watts talk but all I could hear during one part of this was "I'll owe you one, Punk."

The Nature Boy
Vince seems to have some deep insecurity issues that stem from growing up in a trailer park in North Carolina.  It's fascinating.

Cristobal
I love how Vince says he's basically Stone Cold, and then he pulls the ultimate Mr. McMahon play, "I own this, so we're doing what I want to do."
The Nature Boy
I think Vince sees himself as Stone Cold but he's more like Mr. McMahon than he wants to admit.
piranesi
I would pay $100 if Austen asked: Â "Now, Vince, why the fuck just you just dump Big Red on Eric Rowan?"
evilwaldo
That was a deeper insight into Vince than we have ever seen before and there was a mutual respect between both Stone Cold and Vince.
Hollywood Cibernetico
I thought it was weird how Austin allowed McMahon to spit out his 'Brass Ring' talking point without automatically shooting it down with Zach Ryder. Austin asked a lot of good questions, but could have gone in a bit more.
The Nature Boy
I wanted Austin to call out Vince on the scripted promo nonsense. You can't really grab that brass ring when your every word is scripted.
Niners Fan in CT
Stone Cold "were you pissed off about the color?" Vince "Yeah, but the audience was eating it up" This idea that Vince listens to the audience is laughable. Right there, he knows that the color added to the Bret/Austin match but he personally doesn't like it so we don't see it. Not saying we should all the time or anything. I think if Vince can't understand what the audience likes about a wrestler it doesn't matter how much he's being cheered, he'll squash it eventually. Things need to make sense to Vince and only Vince.
