Robert C
Well, if you're a Luddite like me, a watch is still a useful device. I only have a cell phone because I sometimes have to have it. I only carry it when necessary. Hell, I don't actually know where my is now. It's either in my car or somewhere in the house, but I'm not sure which. When my current phone (I have a 4 or 5 year old flip phone) got stolen a couple years back, it took me about two weeks to realize it.
John from Cincinnati
So did apples stock actually plumit yesterday? If it does plummet in the coming days, perhaps they can be the next target of the Fappening's ill-conceived charitable efforts.

Niners Fan in CT
Yay, the Mckayla Maroney pictures were from when she was 16, so now all those fuckers are trafficking child pornography. By law, you could say she was distributing as well. I remember a kid going to jail because he sent his girlfriend naked pictures and they were both underage. I've always felt there's no reason for kids to have smart phones but I'm also not a parent so.. what do I know.

piranesi
How many people wear watches anymore? Everyone should. It's like the only accessory guys get to wear. I started a thread about it on the old board but not many people showed their piece. It's a big decision for a young man. You've got: Gold band: Tony Soprano Silver band: Don Draper Leather band: Hans Gruber This is my favorite website, by the way: http://watchesinmovies.info/ I'm kind of outraged that Hannibal wears a Patek Phillipe. They're $180,000 which is 1) way out of his price range 2) branding consumption rather than quality which he would be appalled by Awesomely though, Wil Graham wears a $23 Rockland you get at Kmart. Perfect.
John from Cincinnati
My experience has been that it's difficult to find a man's watch which suits my petite, feminine wrists. But your enthusiasm emboldens me to give it another go.

By law, you could say she was distributing as well. I suppose you could say that provided that the pictures are genuine. Some asshole could've always shopped her head onto someone else's body. I can't really say because I am smart and honorable enough to stay far away from those images.

A lot more people still buy them than you'd think. I'm surprised. I gave up wearing a watch years ago. But I don't have a cell phone, either. I just use store receipts and clocks outside banks to keep me on schedule. Yeah, I'm kind of weird.
J.T.
I have a wiry build so I don't wear wristwatches. I have become a fan of clip on watches that snap onto a belt loop. I love Dakota Watch Company, but if I had a dime for the number of times my kid ripped my khakis as a toddler because she was facinated by my watch, I'd be a rich dude. odessasteps
I need to wear a watch for work, since information i am documenting needs to be time stamped and it can be inconvenient to use my cell phone. Out of work, i dont wear one, since i just check my phone or ipad or clock in the car.
piranesi
I'm not getting this connection between being wiry or slender and not being able to wear a watch. If Tim Olyphant can handle this: then you'll be fine. Jesus, look at that figure! This is my only one right now: It's plenty sleek.

Robert C
I have one of those enormous watches that I got as a gift. I can't bear to wear it most of the time, because I spend most of my working day at a computer, and it drives me nuts from being so damn big and bulky. The one I actually wear 99% of the time is my wife's old heartrate/exercise monitor that I appropriated after she got a new one.
