No... however that immediately becomes the question when ownership changes. I think Baltimore folks were/are worried that since Peter no longer is in charge his kids will explore selling the team. And then when you sell, everyone immediately panics about moving the team. Plus the Baltimore Sun reported that as soon as the news broke, three different groups popped up being all WE WILL BUY IF YOU ARE SELLING!!!! In this case - even if the family wanted to sell, they basically have to wait till Peter passes because of the huge estate tax losses they would take if they did.
