sabremike Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Decided that on November 18th I am going to the Yale Bowl for Harvard-Yale. Ticket is $20 which is a bargain for a game that is one of the biggest in all of college football. 1
Gonzo Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 UTEP has named Mike Price their interim head coach. In a related story, Mike Price is apparently still alive and still coaching. 1
Tabe Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 Wilton Speight is officially out for a few weeks after the (unflagged) late hit he took against Purdue. John O'Korn looked great in fill-in duty, while Speight has been pretty terrible, so this might be a blessing in disguise. The Fighting Harbaughs have Little Brother this week in a prime time special. Should be a fun one.
Ryan Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 Sparty by 12. That's in the Turnover Ratio. 12 for them. 1
Gonzo Posted October 7, 2017 Posted October 7, 2017 This is either the greatest or the worst play-by-play call of all time. You can decide.
EVA Posted October 7, 2017 Posted October 7, 2017 Iowa State upsets Oklahoma AT Oklahoma and without their starting QB who left the team due to personal issues this week. Wild.
hammerva Posted October 7, 2017 Posted October 7, 2017 And the Big 12 has officially been eliminated from the Bowl Championship playoff. even if TCU goes undefeated (which I hope not since they are playing WVU today) they are going to get over an SEC or Big 10 team

Robert C Posted October 7, 2017 Posted October 7, 2017 I'm gonna assume 3--0 is the high point for A&M today. I will also pretend I didn't see the Aggie receiver's blatant hold on that first play.

Brian Fowler Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Um... I'm probably crazy, but I kinda like them.
Ryan Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 That's why you're cheering on Sparty too. You're crazy.
EVA Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 Things have definitely taken a turn in Aggieland. A fumble, a shanked punt, and a blocked punt have 'em believing. 24-12 with about 10 to go.
hammerva Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 We may get some serious weather porn in this MIchigan/Michigan State game soon. Already pouring really hard

Already pouring really hard I'm in East Lansing right now visiting friends and the local coverage of the game was interrupted for a good 15 minutes with coverage of a tornado warning just north of Ann Arbor. There is literally a wind advisory in Washtenaw County (where AA is) and a severe thunderstorm warning in the county immediately to the north of AA.
