I'm sure this is going to shock a LOT of you... but the CEO of CrossFit is an idiot:

Reebok has ended its partnership with CrossFit as a result of this.

The Aussie Rules season has been a mess. Teams getting forced into hub cities for six weeks, border closures and mostly empty stadiums. Schedules are getting changed by the week due to the border issues, and one game got postponed because a player tested positive for COVID-19.

I heard them discussing this on an Irish podcast.

Right. The guest they had on made it sound like part of the criticism of him had to do with the perpetual heat between Syndey and Melbourne.

This doesn't really fit anywhere else so I'll stick it here. The ruling body of university sports in Canada has decided that if you were in your last year of athletic eligibility this year, too bad, Covid says it's all over, no exceptions.

Bigger mess now. The 10 teams based in Victoria will have to play the rest of the regular season (11 games) outside of Victoria due to bad COVID numbers, and the two Sydney based teams may be joining them on the road in a hurry.

The Kentucky Derby will be run with up to 23,000 fans in attendance. (Churchill Downs can hold 170,000+)

This is still up to 23,000 people too much.

Churchill Downs has finally backed down.  The 2020 Kentucky Derby will be held without fans.

Anyone who has followed or played poker in the last 10 - 15 years knows the name and voice of the World Poker Tour Mike Sexton.   He passed away today.  Been sick for a couple years I believe.

Mike was also a founding father of Party Poker and, thus, one of the driving forces behind the online poker boom in the first place. He fought hard in his own way to boost the credibility of the game, and always represented poker with class.

Seems a bit horsey to me. It's a "merger" but they're only taking in Boston? What of the remaining teams?

The final of the PDC World Darts Championship. Price wins 7-3 becoming the tenth man to lift the Six Waddell trophy and in doing so ends Michael van Gerwin's seven years as world number one.
