That tag title match was great, one of the best efforts from either team. UK version of Smackdown once again didn't edit out the commercial/app break, so it's out there in full assuming anyone wanted to see the complete match.

To be fair, when he was crazy and dangerous, he was also dressing like a General in a school play and destroying merch stands.

 

Which was still better than playing shuck and jive to get a new guy over.

The ending to Rhodes/Wyatts was simply beautiful and was straight out of Florida in the 70s or 80s.

 

Really enjoyed Ambrose on commentary as well.

So, apparently (at least on the house show circuit), Daniel Bryan has a new look, and is being called "Daniel Wyatt

I saw a picture last night I'll try and dig up. Bryan was wearing a jump suit like Rowan and had what looked like really crappy tattoos.

I like the thought of Bray having a wide selection of jumpsuits in some room in his weird home. "36 large?"

Why is he called Daniel Wyatt? Luke Harper and Erick Rowan have different surnames. Did he marry Bray Wyatt?

I hope not. Unless it's a ploy to get Brie to become the Wyatt sister. Not that we need more terrible acting, but the few times she got involved with Bryan and Orton were interesting at least.

 

I am glad Wade's giant podium is sticking around. I wish they would start putting him in matches again. The idea of him bopping someone over the head with his gavel needs to become a reality. I still have hopes of him vs Taker. :( Like the conscience of the WWE vs some asshole who thinks he is the judge of the WWE.. Either way, Wade looks like he is having a blast in the role.

 

I think my biggest problem with the characters is that a lot of them don't really feel natural. I don't know how people think Dean is a good character actor. It's one thing to go splat, it's another thing to make a facial expression like a cartoon character that went splat. idk. I just want to shoot him in the face so he doesn't make any more dumb facial expressions. There's no subtlety with the guy and it just bugs me. lol

 

But no one is as guilty as trying to hard to get their fucking character across than Aksana. Christ almighty, it's like she is trying to be a G.L.O.W. Girl, but taking it way too seriously. I don't kill the divas like most, but it's annoying to watch her and her weirdly spaced titties literally crawl around and be sexy or whatever. idk

 

And I know Punk's whole look is based around him looking like just another dude. But man, did the Uso's show him that being kinda pudgy and athletic is possible. That's all I could really focus on.. How much more in shape the Usos (whom are Samoans and are built like tanks for the most part) are than Punk is.

To be fair to Punk, the Usos haven't been around long and don't have anywhere near the miles on their bodies that he has. And Punk's just a clumy-moving motherfucker too. Like Cena, he's not the smoothest-moving dude, and he tries to do stuff he can't make look good.

International has less commercial breaks.  They used to fill that time with an old match.  Looks like they're sticking the app exclusive footage in there instead.

 

Barrett having a podium much less a gavel didn't make any sense already so sure a rising podium.  Gimmick only works as a drop the mic act.  Pop in, deliver the bad news, drop the mic and leave the receiver standing there befuddled.

 

When Truth came out, with the wide shot you could see a kid dancing in the aisle to his music.  I laughed.  Brodus Clay holding The Funkadactyls prisoner is a ridiculous statement.  Funkasaurus is the one held in captivity.  Woods is a thief.  Stole Clay's music, his yaks, JBL's hat, and helped Truth steal the win.  Shield should beat him up.  For justice.

 

It's always been obvious that Reigns was going to be the guy but it's still disappointing that The Shield is headed for a breakup.  They've been WWE's MVPs for the past year and it still feels like there's a lot more they could do with them.  Instead of Reigns turning face, I wouldn't mind a short tweener run for the group with Ambrose doing the full heel turn later on.

 

Rowan is now the loner of the group according to Cole.  Out of three guys we've usually seen together.  Three guys in a cult.  Guy who wears the sheep mask and carries the rocking chair around is a loner.  I wish The Wyatts would get together with creative and put together a handbook so Cole won't have the urge to try and make stuff up every week.  Free him up to misquote more direct quotes instead.
