Shane in AEW is too crazy not to do.  But it sure is a delicate situation that you’ll get one chance to do it right.  Not impossible.

Shane has plenty of reasons to dislike/not want him around - starting with the fact that he's mostly talentless stunt show dweeb in his mid-50s - without making him pay for his father's sins as well. That's a pretty broad and unfair brush to paint with.

How about Shane works as a coach or producer. He has probably absorbed more wrestling knowledge purely by osmosis besides also actually training and booking than any living human his age.

OBVIOUSLY if you are bringing him in it has to be in order to teach everyone on the roster to throw ultra-realistic worked strikes 

 

Also if Shane signs with AEW I can see a CLEAR upside in that it would free up 5+ hours per week for me, personally.

I am ALL IN on Shane O Mac doing anything in AEW and I'm here for Shane O vs. the entire roster, anyone and everyone. Especially if he's in 2016-17 showstealer form.

On one hand, it is such an absurd insane thing that I have to admit I kinda want to see it for just that reason. On the other hand his last match is much more hilarious if it remains his last one
